The staff were friendly and professional. The area felt safe. The lower review comes from the bathroom and food options. The shower/bath plug was broken. The tub looked grungy and the shower head was gross. Not being able to shower before a conference was not a great way to start a morning. In addition, it would be really great if for breakfast options if allergies would be considered. I understand bread related foods keeps the cost lower. A buffet that is ultimately factored into the nightly cost of the hotel with only gluten and dairy items and aged looking fruit does not promote retention among customers with food allergies.

Parking lot needed work. The counter staff were not very helpful. Soda machine was not stocked. My room window leaked water in during heavy rain and got water on floor. There was no refrigerator inside the cabinet in my room.

A pleasant stay
I very pleasant stay over a holiday.I found the staff to be very attentive and efficient. The breakfast was well stocked with a wide variety.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. The room was clean and quiet. We were close to the elevator and I thought we might hear it throughout the evening as the hotel was fully booked, but I didn't notice it once. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and the continental breakfast was pretty good. Overall very nice stay.

Booked this hotel for use of the pool. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. Previous stays they allowed food/ drinks in that area. They no longer allow, which is a bummer when you are swimming with children for hours at a time. The room was nothing special. Tub drain was slow when showering.
