Excellent stay. family of 6 including 2 under 5. Kids loved the kiddie pools and we all enjoyed the heated pools and lazy river. Staff was friendly, clean, easy parking, direct access to the beach. I wish the DJ couldve played longer.

I didn't like the two people at the front desk when i checked in. The guy wouldn't wait on me even though he wasn't waiting on anyone. The lady started to help me but decided to hand my info to the guy anyway. I paid for an ocean view but got a clear view of the resort next door. When i called to enquire the lady put me on hold and never came back. The guy picked up the phone and said as long as i could see a little bit of the ocean it was considered an ocean view. I told him they need to reconsider and he hung up on me. I was never rude, loud or anything, so im not sure why i was treated the way I was being treated.

The room were very nice! Clean and modern! Gorgeous oceanfront view! There were 2 pools, one indoor, one outdoor, lazy river, a jacuzzi, one water slide that my kids loved and a splash pad that was pretty run down. The pools were all heated. There was a tiki bar by the pool and a restaurant above the pool area, a starbucks built into the lobby and a putput area on one of the upper floors. Very family friendly. I would definitely book here again.

The fact that I was given keys to a room that someone was already in was definitely not safe. I sas able to go in their room. I could have shot or anything with them protecting themselves. And the bathroom tub was not clean at all.

Where do I start?? The rooms are not what are shown in the pictures. Our room 1558 needed a LOT of maintenance, the master bath sink had something brown growing under the edge of countertop overhang of sink. The rugs I don’t think had been vacuumed recently. There was hair all over it, & the couch & chairs were filthy with stains. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because the people below us would blast their rap music, & smoke marijuana. The pools & lazy river had missing tiles, one afternoon the maintenance was working on the pool paver edges, cutting & pavers while people were trying to enjoy the nice sunny day swimming & lounging. We were so disappointed in our stay, staff weren’t helpful & a few were rude during our stay. Also stay away from the concierge, she’s going to try & sell you on a Wyndham Club timeshare, waisting valuable time, instead of spending with my family. The whole stay there was a HUGE disappointment. We will be back to Myrtle Beach next year but believe me when I say we’ll be staying at a Marriot or Sheritton. I have plenty of pictures I wish o could post!

Rooms were spacious and pretty. Cleaning service was minimal, parking was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again, avoiding the front desk suggestion to chat with the timeshare lady by the Starbucks entrance. The value for what I paid was outstanding. The few things above could have been better but that is really just nit picking. Would recommended to my friends and family.
