Excelente
Todo muy bien excepto las sábanas y las almohadas manchadas y viejas, la atención en la recepción fue excelente definitivamente volveremos a reservar en este lugar, hay mucha paz y tranquilidad nos llevamos muy lindos recuerdos de nuestra estancia en Myrtlewood Villas.

No como se describe
Fue terrible ya que desde la llegada el apartamento que nos toco no tenían las camas que nos habían dicho,era para supuestamente una amiga como King y una Queen pero las camas eran dos twin unidas. A lo cual pedimos que nos cambiarán,nos cambiaron a otro apartamento peor con un solo TV viejo, manchas en los cubrecamas y nuevamente las camas twin unidas suponiendo ser kings. Pedimos volver al primero ya que la limpieza era mejor, pasadas las horas nos dimos cuenta que el ACD no enfriaba llamamos y nunca vino nadie hasta el otro día después 5 llamadas que hicimos a la recepción, vino uno de mantenimiento y reviso y nos dijo que volvería dentro de media hora, cosa que nunca paso,llamamos nuevamente 2 horas después paradespués para saber a que hora lo arreglaban y nos comunicaron que nos iban a tener que cambiar xq no lo iban arreglar y teníamos que mover todo, fui a hablar a la recepción y las personas que estaban ahí no eran simpaticas y mirándonos como que molestara mostrar como si nosotros tuviéramos la culpa. No nos cambiamos porque preferimos no tener AC que irnos al otro que estaba sucio. Es una lastima que esos apartamentos estén descuidados y que no inviertan en camas que sean realmente King o porque las twin son muy incómodas ya que se hace una abertura en el medio. El lugar podría ser espectacular si invirtieran y contratarán personas en la recepción con simpatía, amabilidad y respeto.

Dirty covers, AC was not working had to call the office 3 times someone finally came, no parking decal was in the room had to get in out of over night box, no pool key had to wait until next day because office was closed and WiFi didn’t work once again had to wait until next day for office to open up

Screen door was broken and leaning against the patio. Two TV’s didn’t work. The living room tv volume would go up past 3 so you could barely hear it. The furniture was old cheap and outdated. The sinks in the bathroom had a slow drain. It was a terrible experience.

Great central location for our golf trip. Spacious 2 bedroom unit for two people, lots of room to spread out, handy full kitchen although if you are planning on doing lots of meal prep the kitchen only contained the barest of necessities. Worked ok for us as we only did breakfasts and golf snacks with dinner out but would have needed extra supplies if we were doing lots of cooking

I went with my family. We felt as though we were right at home. The location is superb. We were within 5 mile radius of every place wanted to visit. I am definitely coming back again!

I was disappointed. We have stayed plenty of times but this time the roaches was horrible. The room was nice it was clean but we keep killing roaches. You wake up and see a roach crawling across the wall. It was to the point we left. I informed the office staff no refund or take one night off.

I do apologize for your recent stay with us and the concerns you had during your stay. We do have pest control out monthly both in and out of the units. With the increased heat we have had this year it has made it a little more problematic but we are in constant contact with the pest control office when any are reported.

Roach infested. Complained 3 different times to front desk. They gave us a bottle of roach spray. We left a day early because of roaches in our beds. No internet...complained every day to front desk to no avail.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived about 15 or 20 minutes before check-in and had no issues fetting slightly early. Staff was quick and friendly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had an awesome view of the lake from the back door. It is a mixed property so there are permanent owners on site but all were friendly. The indoor pool was hit with my kids and we eneded up spending hours there on day 2 of our vacation. There were plenty of dishes and everything was clean. The only issue we had was the dryer took a long time to dry. Property was well maintained and the condo was lovely and spacious. We will definatly look there first on any other trips to the area.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They (Matt) should go to training on how to deal with people and customer service. I have never had to deal with anyone like him ever.

We do try to make sure all facilities and bedding in the unit are as needed, we are individually owned units and unfortunately it is up to the owner when it is time to change the mattress. We do offer mattress pads and covers for each guest bed.

I decided to book the villas because we stayed there before and had a great experience. This time the unit was dirty, the recliner was broken, the pull out bed on the couch was broken, the outlets in the unit did not work and the sink was clogged in the bathroom. My husband could not use his CPAP because the outlets did not work. I called the front office and they did not seem to care about all the issues in the room. They sent maintenance out to check the outlets and they said there was nothing wrong with the outlets. We paid alot of money and the unit was not worth it.

I am sorry that your experience was not as you would have liked. I do remember speaking with you and speaking with maintenance after you called about the issues with the outlets. Maintenance explained the outlets are controlled by the light switch in the unit. After we addressed the challenges with maintenance we never heard back and thought the issues were handled. I do apologize if this was not the case and do try to make every guests stay the best they can have.

We stayed in a unit privately owned and had no Wi-Fi even though it was advertised. It’s up to the owner to meet the requirements of the suite and they did not. They should have checks to make sure each owner is making property requirements for Myrtlewood. Raneesha from the front office was very kind and helped us as best she could but there was nothing they could do. We also had many troubles with our door locks and maintenance had to come to our room 3 separate times to fix the lock. We got locked out of our room for over an hour waiting to be let in. The maintenance men were very kind and helpful and were able to fix the problem each time. Would have been a better stay if equipment was up to date and the private owner met requirements.

I am glad that maintenance was able to assist you. Needs a bottom floor room due to my husband being disabled once that was taking care the building was hard to find in the dark. Needs better lighting o signage. The maintenance was prompt to assist us in the things needed. Overall I would stay there again.

Limited amenities. I had to buy my own toilet tissue, towels were only provided once. Dryer didn’t work. Warm blankets had to be paid for. Comforters on bed looked and smelled dirty.

I am sorry if there was any confusion. We state in the confirmation and the website we do not provide toiletries past the initial setup. Towels are not replenished throughout the stay as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. if an appliance is down, please feel free to let us know and we will get a tech out to remedy the issue and we can also exchange towels for you if that is the case. Unfortunately the condos are individually owned and therefore the blankets and such are as the owner prefers. We do have spare blankets at the desk as a first come first get opportunity. We are always happy to assist our guests the best way we can
