What a nightmare of a place!!! No place to park. We get into the room and there are dirty towels on the floor, dishes in the sink and on the counters. Everything was dirty and sticky.. the murphy bed was dirty, the couch, the chair, everything! Then we found a dead 'palmetto bug' aka cockroach in the bathtub!! Filthy, filthy. Expedia did give us a refund and we found a nice place to stay..

I just think there is a need for a bathroom in the pool area and it is very uncomfortable to have to go up to the rooms when you need to use the bathroom.☹️

Staff was very friendly the view was amazing parking was the only thing that we had a issue on since it was on a first come first serve basis overall it was a very calm and peaceful vacation and i would highly recommend it for anyone traveling

Since covid, I travel with lysol wipes. I clean all the high traffic surfaces. This room wasn't cleaned properly. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. However they were in a protective case. The hotel shows her age and could use a face-lift.

First time coming to Mytral beach, staff was amazing room was great ! The bed felt like I was sleeping in the clouds that’s how comfortable it was!! Definitely will stay again

Staff was very rude, and i waited in the lobby for 20 min befire speaking to anyone. I drove 4 hours to stay in this paid room and was told i couldnt even check in because i didnt have the credit card i used to pay for the room. My grandfather had booked this trip for not only my birthday, but im 6 months pregnant and this was supposed to be a baby moon as well. I did not recieve a full refund definitely will not return. The property eas filthy on the outside.

Our room was right beside the washing machine and dryer room. very noisy, especially when washer was in spin cycle... like a loud motorcycle. Floors didnt seem to be swept at all. Place was tired.

It was a very nice quaint hotel. Even though it was older everything appeared to be clean and in good working condition. We like to be in so close to the pier and the view was amazing

The room was clean, appropriate, and in a great location. The only downside, which, was not the property's fault...was the lack of adult supervision with the kids in the heated pool area. Those children were rude, all over the place, and had no concept of personal space. I'm all for kids splashing and having a good time...it's a pool but literally walking over people, basically sitting in strangers laps in the hot tub, and purposely running into people in hopes that they'd leave the pool...just crazy. But again, that's a lack of parenting and not the property. Would definitely stay again when the outdoor pool is opened as well for more space.

Well it was my husband's birthday weekend and he wanted a room with a Jacuzzi tub and a regular stove beach front view and this location was affordable and convenient he love everything but the kitchen lights didn't work but we still enjoyed our time thanks windsurfer hotel I would definitely visit you again....

The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, walking distance to Starbucks, parking if lot was full was just across the street and not in a parking building, the main dislike was issues with the room key, thanks to the laundry and housekeepers for being so helpful with that and always making sure we had towels as well,we had to go to the main office several time to get in the room, the 2nd floor ocean front was blocked by the trees, not bad but if you want to see more or the beach and ocean from the balcony I’d suggest a higher level room,and the pool was just below so a little loud at times.

They need to update on these hotels apps saying pool would not be open until the end of march elevator needs update as it smelled of urine room floors could use a mop instead of a wet mop jet

Nice place beautiful view. The room was great but the wind shook the door all night long. Property could have been cleaner because the elevator smelled like pee. The pool was open after 3 days of our. However over all great spot!
