Hotel que tuvo mejores tiempos, necesita una urgente renovación ya que su categoría y precio no se corresponde ni de lejos con el estado del hotel. Bastante suciedad.

Leisure Centre access is very odd !
We decided to make our way to the Leisure Centre for a swim/sauna/steam room etc, the trip from the hotel is very odd indeed, you have to go to the basement, exit to the underground carpark, go through a door which looks like an emergency exit, go up a skinny flight of stairs, exit the building ( it was raining of course ) and then enter the Leisure Centre, the pool was dirty, the hydrtherapy pool was not warm even though the sign says 20 something degress and the changing rooms were also dirty, the hotel itself was on point but the Leisure Centre needs some TLC.

Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was average and what I was expecting. Noisy plumbing! Good balcony though and use of leisure facilities very welcome.

Great hotel. Only issue was with room cleaning staff. There was no bath & shower gel on first day and our room did not get cleaned on second day. I was in the room from 1:45 pm to 4:45 pm and had the do not disturb sign on door however there was plenty of time before as I left the hotel at 9 am. There was bath and shower gel on third day. Had room 319 which was noisy as the hallway splits outside and groups of people which have rooms in different directions tend to stand outside the door and talk before splitting up and going their separate ways.

Very nice staff.
Staff were the best. You could not get nicer. Beautiful designer bathroom but had no plug for bath or sink /no cups to fill with water, to rince your mouth with after you washed your teeth. Remote for the TV /battery was loose so it was difficult to change stations. A little TLC in order. Over all with the staff so nice we had a very nice was stay. Thank you

Cracks in the wall as, beds with loose sheets, yes some staff were helpful and friendly but also some staff were rude or acted like they couldn’t care less, it was very loud until like 2:30am the weekend we stayed with loud music and people shouting and all

Disappointed
Alarm went off twice during night. No hot water in the morning, shower tray overflowed. Not a good experience, a shame as this hotel was well regarded a number of years ago, when I stayed regularly. Will not be back again anytime soon.
