Design hotel
The hotel has a wonderful design and location. The room was nice and very clean. The personal attention was excellent. The breakfast absolutely good and tasty. The only detail was that the mattress seemed quite hard and also the pillows. We do not sleep very well.

Not as good as it thinks it is
This hotel is well placed in the centre of Torbole on the lakefront. We arrived around midnight and were well looked after by Martina. Our room was spacious but the carpet was heavily stained - as if a builder had walked through with cement on his/her boots! At breakfast, hot foods not replenished and we had to actively seek a waiter for tea/coffee. Car parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel - it might’ve 5 minutes as they say if you’re under 35. Not a cheap hotel - shop around!

Room with a view
Property and restaurant overlook the lake and my room also had a stunning lake view. Rooms are clean, shower had great water pressure. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with access to a juicer to create your own fresh juice- nice touch. The hotel is centrally located to all, bus stop, shopping, restaurants, and the famous Busatte Tempesta Hiking Trail. I would come back here!

Situé au bord du lac dans un quartier animé l emplacement est très agréable Petit bémol le parking de l hôtel est à 5 mn à pied dans une zone résidentielle Les chambres sont simple et la mienne avait un jacuzzi sur la terrasse donnant sur le lac. Pas de séparation avec les autres terrasse donc pas d intimité Le restaurant est parfait de type gastronomique. Un régal

Super skøn hotel et stenkast fra bredden af søen
Super dejligt hotel lige på kanten af Garda Søen, meget fine og store værelser vores med terrasse med udsigt over søen. Overdådig morgenmads buffet, super lækket. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Location and view were superb. Staff were fantastic, always had a smile and a name for you. Food and service were amazing, Pierrot, Evano, Deborah, Greta, Samantha could not have been more attentive. Never met the room cleaners but everything was always spotless and clean towels everytime one was used. Highly recommend and will definitely return

Great hotel & amazing staff particularly on Reception, ready to help & always smiling. Lovely bathroom amenities & breakfast is large & varied. Spectacular views of the lake, really close to restaurants and bars that have amazing food especially fresh fish. Water sports are really close too. A very short walk to get the boat for day trips to some equally beautiful towns. Overall an amazing hotel, great situation incredible staff & we'd definitely go back.

We had two good nights in this hotel, with wonderful view on the lake, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. A nice walk to riva del garda is easy and accessible directly from the hotel. The only point is isolation in our room (music from the restaurant) but it wasn’t late so not a problem for us.

Wellness-Bereich klein aber fein , war aber kostenpflichtig und nicht zu jeder Zeit buchbar . Das stand beim Buchen nur extrem klein gedruckt dabei - Wellness-Pauschale ab 69€ . In der Ausstattung des Hotels steht aber fett Sauna / Whirlpool ( da gehört das reingeschrieben) - so hat das ein Gschmäckle. Wir gehen gern mal kurz für einen Durchgang in die Sauna und ehrlich gesagt ist das für uns auch ein Grund-Kriterium um ein Hotel zu buchen . Hätten wir jetzt jeden Tag die Sauna benutzen wollen hätten wir 210€ a3Tage a 2Stunden ausbezahlen müssen und ohne Vorreservierung trotzdem keine Chance gehabt weil entweder belegt oder eben nicht aufgeheizt. Schlecht dafür gibt es echt Schulnote 6

Amazing property. On balcony hot tub with views of the lake and mountains. The restaurant on property was the best meal I have ever had. A truly incredible experience.
