Bonito lugar, muy tranquilo. Me hospede 11 días y si necesitaba algo, como bolsas para basura, toallas o jabón solamente enviaba un mensaje y si me lo llevaban a la puerta de la habitación. Tengo una niña y por la cantidad de días que estuve hospedada necesité levar su ropa, me gusto el servicio que tienen de lavandería, estaba lejos de mi habitación pero fue agradable ir caminando y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el paisaje.

Son trailers bien acondicionados. El A/C funciona bien, el agua caliente también. Tienen refrigeradora e implementos para cocinar. Se mueven muy ligeramente cuando se activa el aire acondiconado. El ambiente es bonito. El Internet es extremadamente lento. No se ofrece desayuno, pero se puede preparar en la unidad.

Me dieron una habitación estudio de 200 pies y yo reservé una suite de 400 pies, no respetaron mi reservación, no hacen limpieza en las habitaciones hasta que sales, dure 4 días sin limpieza, el hotel tiene buenas áreas de diversión, estacionamiento y alberca. No resolvieron mi inconformidad aun cuando mostré mi reservacion, me quede muy enojado

Sorprendente!!!
El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones son pequeñas casitas como bungalows, todo muy limpio. Preguntamos para comprar polvos para lavar y suavizante y te los dan gratis además de algunas actividades que hacen en la zona común de la recepción como películas, degustaciones de vino y muchas más. Hay un paseo muy bonito que se puede hacer cerca del río y el sitio merece la pena por la tranquilidad y el entorno.

Comodo, y acogedor, simplemente espectacular
Espectacular Hotel recreando un ambiente adecuado a la Zona de Viñedos con todas las comodidades, sin duda alguna regresaremos

Me and a girlfriend stayed at the property for 2 nights and we loved it. The photos really don't do the place justice. It's very cozy and the bed is comfy. It served as a good home base while exploring napa. We highly recommend based on value. Next time we will request a u it by the river.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, calming and quiet. Not ideal for family with rowdy small kids. It is more of a adult get-away vibe. It was our second visit in the last year.

I like that it's a little individual unit. It has a kitchen if you're staying longer than just a couple nights. It was very convenient and I would stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Single unit with a full refrigerator, microwave, coffee and hot pot. Having a separate living room area was nice. All for a reasonable price. Tv reception wasn't very good.

The River Pointe Resort was cozy, affordable, and well-situated for adventures on Napa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort events were a great way to meet other fellow travellers and to build a sense of community. The units themselves were clean and well-stocked, and they had AC and heating to get the temperature just right (my one minor gripe was the mattresses were quite soft). Located just outside downtown (a 20 minute walk away), there's a Walmart down the street that makes it super easy to stock up on supplies. Bonus: there is a very friendly neighbourhood cat that likes to introduce herself and loves being pet!

Romance with a bit of a letdown
Very cozy cabins on tbe napa river. However, we didnt know neughbors were allowed to use the facilities. Kids running around and not being able to use the spa was our only disapointment. I usually, expect some kinda condiment in the morning but there was none.

Not really walkable as it is several blocks away form the heart of Napa shopping, but everything is only a few minutes, or rideshare away. The amenities are great, though you need to reserve time for some things like the private hot tub, though there is a hot tub in the main pool area you can access anytime. The facility and surrounding area is super quiet. With all of the features of home we were able to cook our own meals, or eat out if we chose to. The service, and communication was excellent! There was an internet outage in the area our first day, and we were given updates via text regarding service restoration until it was restored. We would definitely stay here again.
