Habitación pequeña, cómoda y sencilla
La estancia en el hotel ha sido agradable y tranquila. La habitación está correcta y hay aire acondicionado. El personal del hotel solo estaba de 8 a 17 de la tarde. Después la puerta quedaba abierta sin vigilancia. El desayuno es escaso y el último día no pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel porqué a las 14,30 el personal se tenia que ir.

stimada señora, gracias por sus palabras. El b & b dei Decumani es una cama y desayuno, por lo que no hay servicio de conserjería las 24 horas, que es un servicio proporcionado por los hoteles. Si desea tener el personal a su disposición todo el día, le recomiendo la próxima vez que reserve un hotel y no una cama y desayuno. Para el desayuno, se sirve café expreso, té, cruasanes, dulces napolitanos, yogur, galletas, mermelada y crema de chocolate. Lamento que le haya escaseado. Saludos cordiales Fiorella

Lo mejor, su situación, cerca estación y centro. La habitación daba a la calle y era muy ruidosa. El desayuno era cada día igual. Para pasar pocos días la recomendaría.

B&B muy bien situado y todo conforme al precio
En primer lugar hay que tener en cuenta que es un B&B a muy buen precio y uno tiene que ser consciente de lo que paga, no se puede tener todo por cuatro duros. La habitación está muy bien, amueblada con muebles del ikea, la limpieza está muy bien y el personal es muy amable y atento, sin duda lo mejor. Como aspectos negativos, tenemos la ducha, la cual en vez de mampara tiene una cortinilla por la que se sale todo el agua y el desayuno, que es escaso. A ser posible pedir una habitación que no de a la calle, ya que los napolitanos a las 7 de la mañana están tocando a todas horas el claxon del coche.

Muy céntrico y limpio.
Pasamos una noche muy agradable en Nápoles y Dei Decumani es un buen sitio para dormir. Quizás el desayuno algo escaso pero calidad-precio recomendable sin duda.

Stanza molto carina e pulita. Vicinissimo al centro, ci sono molti bar e ristoranti vicinissimi.La proprietaria è veramente gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni sul centro storico e dove mangiare. L'entrata del BB è un pochino difficile da trovare, visto che bisogna entrare in un androne e salire al primo piano, però non è un problema una volta averlo fatto.

Il B&B è situato nel contesto del centro di Napoli: comodo perchè vicinissimo ai punti di interesse ma con palazzi non curati e sporchi. Tutto ciò non è naturalmente colpa di chi gestisce il B&B però devo dire che l'accesso al palazzo è da film dell'orrore; ma una volta entrati nell'appartamento dove ci sono le camere, il tutto è ben curato, pulito e ben arredato. L'unica pecca è stata la finestra. La camera che ci hanno dato aveva solo una finestra che dava all'interno sulla chiostrina del palazzo da cui provenivano odori e soprattutto rumori delle persone che abitano nello stesso palazzo. Quindi la finestra l'abbiamo dovuta chiudere di conseguenza (per fortuna il condizionatore funzionava bene). A causa dei rumori siamo riusciti ad addormentarci solo dopo mezzanotte perchè la finestra, anche se chiusa, era quasi come se fosse aperta per il baccano che proveniva da fuori. Letto comodo e colazione abbondante. Sarebbe una gran cosa, riuscire a sostituire le finestre per limitare i rumori. Guadagnerebbe parecchi punti in comfort.

Beau séjour!
Bien que l' hôtel semble négligé, il n' en rien de l' intérieur....La dame qui nous reçoit est sympathique. Et la chambre est propre. La situation est bien, nous avons parcouru la ville à pied. Un seul bémol, la station de métro Duomo est fermée!

Merci beaucoup d'être avec nous. Juste une information, la station du métro Duomo n'est pas encore terminée et devrait être ouverte d'ici 2018. Notre b & b a été entièrement rénové, mais le bâtiment n'est pas le nôtre donc nous ne sommes pas responsables de l'extérieur. Le bâtiment date de 1700 et est vraiment magnifique. Merci

It’s okay!
The set up is unusual, and not what we expected. It is NOT a hotel. You arrive into a grubby, internal quadrangle, and have to climb a lot of uneven stairs. The corridors of which are decorated with dismantled furniture. However, the welcome was warm and the rooms very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is limited - coffee and croissant, brought on a tray to your room. The location was right in the thick of the old town and very practical for our 2 night stay, though wouldn’t have wanted to stay in the busy location for longer. Note to future visitors: the door from the main landing into the apartments does not lock!

Dear sir, thank you for staying with us. Only a few words to say: the courtyard is not our property so we are really sad but we can do nothig to refurbish. Our b& is bright new, we did a total refurbish during last december. Our breakfast is not only coffe and croissant but also tea, milk, american coffe, yoghurt, jam, chocolate in cream, rusks and tipycal neapolitan sfogliatelle juast baked. I don't know why you say the dooor can't be locked, maybe you didn't succed, Kind rergards, Fiorella

Eenvoudige B&B, fantastisch gelegen in historisch Napels. Eenmaal op straat loop je direct de bekende Via Tribunali in: gezellige eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes etc. Alles is op loopafstand.

Tolles Hotel mitten zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeite
Ein Hotel, von dem es überallhin nah ist. Man kann alles zu Fuss besichtigen. Zum Bahnhof kann man auch bequem zu Fuß laufen. Sehr nette Bedienung, Tanja ist wirklich ein Schatz! Frühstück wird ins Zimmer gebracht, es ist ausreichend (ein Hörnchen, Zwieback, Nuttela, Marmelade, Joghurt und Espresso). Tolle, preiswerte Pizzeria unten links. Und Altstadt vor der Tür :)

Location: a little bit far from bus stop and train station : inside an old building which is scary at first, but turns out to be okay Rooms : modern and neat, no english channels though you will be given a set of keys, 1 for gate entrance, 1 for door entrance and lastly, 1 for your room. The doors, especially the MAIN GATE, are difficult to open. We tried for about 30 mins. just to get in at the main gate.

Posto conveniente in zona centrale e con personale gentile; la pulizia delle camere lascia sbalorditi in senso negativo. Nota a favore il wi-fi free nella stanza. Lo consiglierei a qualcuno? credo proprio di no.

Heel prettige ontvangst door aardig en behulpzaam team. Alles ligt op loopafstand. Beter kun je nauwelijks zitten: de Via Tribunali ligt tegenover het B&B.

Almost not a Hotel
I actually wanted to book another hotel, but your Customer Services person advise me it was unavailable. I was offered Dei Decumani and accepted it not knowing anything about it, but trusting Hotels.com. In fact it was not at all suitable. The neighbourhood was intimidating and I chose not to go outside the hotel so I starved myself. Inside there were no hotel facilities other than the room itself. I could go on and on, but I haven't the time.

Room was adequate at best. Hotel is run down and shine a bright spotlight through the window all night. Bed was very hard. Hotel condition not the best but cheap and service was good.

Nous revenons tout juste de ce séjour dans ce petit Bed and Breakfast qui était fort sympatique. Il est bien situé, à environ 7/8min à pied d'une station de métro. L'entrée de la cour peut faire peur mais lorsqu'on entre dans le couloir, c'est bien mieux. Une dame nous accueille et est très gentille, mais ne parle pas français. Cela ne nous a pas plus dérangé que ça. Le lendemain, un autre dame parlait un petit peu le français. Le service est top. Seuls bémols ; il n'y avait pas de pression dans la douche (on l'a signalé et le problème à été réglé le jour même) et la WiFi n'est pas très bonne, le signal se coupant très souvent, nous nous sommes retrouvées souvent sans internet. On entend aussi beaucoup les voisins et ce qui se passe dans le couloir, murs pas très isolants. Mais bon séjour quand même !

Fab location at the cost of a good nights sleep...
Nothing about this hotel shouts hotel from the road and once inside, it's location isn't really very obvious either. The two ladies who run the hotel are absolutely wonderful and check-in was smooth. The rooms are basic but adequate and spotlessly clean. The mattresses are ok but the pillows are rather useless. And then comes the road noise- the doors on to the balcony don't shut properly therefore the noise from traffic is awful. Horns, sirens, bin lorries and shouting finishing late at night and beginning very early (4am) in the morning don't make for a restful night. Breakfast isn't buffet style at all, just a tiny portion of carbs served on a tray in your room. An absolutely fantastic location, super close to everything but hasn't got much else going for it unfortunately.

Avis globalement satisfait
L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de Naples. Cependant, la rue est très animée, et les menuiseries de l'hôtel ne sont pas de dernière génération donc le bruit s'entend. Par contre, la climatisation fonctionne et c'est très utile et appréciable en cette période estivale. La personne qui nous reçoit et nous porte le petit déjeuner, A., est une personne adorable et extrêmement attentive. Même si elle ne parle pas le français, elle essaye toujours de comprendre et de répondre aux questions ou attentes. Je suis largement satisfaite de l'accueil et de la propreté de cet établissement.

Понравилось расположение, ежедневная уборка, что завтрак ,кондиционер, wifi включены в стоимость. После прогулки по шумному, знойному городу, приятно было отдохнуть в чистом, прохладном номере, пообщаться с работающей в отеле Галей. Спасибо ей за практические советы, которые помогли быстро сориентироваться в незнакомом городе и за помощь в решении бытовых вопросов. Соотношение цена-качество 10 баллов!

Parfait point de chute pour un cours séjour
Cet hébergement est parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Naples. L'accueil est très chaleureux à n'importe quelle heure et le personnel est très serviable. J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans ce B&B et ce fut parfait pour un séjour où je ne restais à l'hôtel que pour dormir. Je le recommande pour quiconque à besoin d'un point d'ancrage dans le centre de Naples

Good value budget b and b
Easy to spot if you look for flags on first floor. It isa good value budget B and B very well placed for centro storico with restaurants and tourist attractions within a very short distance. The staff do not speak English , on the whole, but are very solicitous and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room and is breads,spreads,cheese, yoghurts etc. enough to keep you going during the day. Yes the entrance looks a bit forbidding but the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable , if a bit cold in February. Two of the rooms overlook the street but it is surprisingly quiet at night and shutters keep out a lot of any noise. The area is just by Via Tribunali and about 20 minutes walk to train station. Most places of interest can be reached by walking from the B and B. All in all a great budget buy in a convenient area ,it will be appreciated by those who are aware of the grittier nature of Naples. The surrounding area felt safe but had a good buzz in the evenings , with lots of people out on the streets.

Clean, basic hotel in a good location
The entrance to the hotel is a bit dark and grubby (as is the whole of Naples in general), but it is in an old building so you can forgive that. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly English speaking lady, who was absolutely lovely, and answered all our questions about the area, what to see, where to eat etc. She's not always there, and sometimes there's a woman who speaks no English, but she always has a friendly smile. The room was very basic (as you'd expect for the price and location), but it was clean. The beds aren't particularly comfortable (mine was incredibly lumpy, I barely slept the first night, but we flipped over the mattress and I slept a bit better after that). There were a couple of power points, but for some reason the kettle would only plug into one of them, meaning we had to boil the kettle on the floor next to the bed, rather than on the table witht the rest of breakfast. Breakfast consisted of bread with a pre-packaged slice of processed cheese (which wasn't nice), a packet of crispy toasted bread, a small croissant, jam and Nutella, and a jug of hot milk. It's not the breakfast of kings, but it does the job. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty good hotel. If you want to be right in the middle of the action (if you've never been to Naples before, prepare for chaos) at a reasonable price, in a clean room with friendly staff, this is the hotel for you. If you want a 5* hotel, you'd better pay for one.

Les chambres sont propres, le service impeccable (même si ne parle pas français ) et l'hôtel est situé dans le quartier du Naples touristique. Difficultés pour monter les valises car l'hôtel se trouve au 1er étage avec l'ascenseur en panne.

Looks a wee bit dodgy from the outside with the strange little door, dark entrance and a tattoo shop on the first floor. However, staff are lovely (although brush up on your survival Italian before visiting as they don't speak much English), rooms are clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was decent & the price was good.

Overall good value
The location was great, right in the middle of the historic center (so really busy but fun energy with all the locals). The internet worked great. I had a room with a view of the busy street it was on which was cool, and it had a little balcony. The breakfast wasn't worth writing home about, but typical for a B&B there. The shower left a little to be desired, but not a big deal. hostess was very nice, but didn't speak any English (would have been nice for restaurant recommendations, etc, but hey, you are in Italy after all). Funky little door to enter through in a really old building which was cool, but easy to find on the street. Overall great value for the money, as it was rather inexpensive.
