La limpieza bien, el desayuno bien pobre , además pocas mesas y muchas personas que se quedan sentados luego de desayunar y los trabajadores del hotel no hacen nada.además no tienen hievos para el desayuno.

Mal servicio del Front Desk de Sep/04/2022/AM
Todo iba muy bien hasta que nos atendió la persona de front desk del horario de hoy Sep 04/2022 en la mañana… nuestra hora para permanecer en el hotel (habitación) es hasta las 12pm y pero entregar las 🗝🔑🗝 de la habitación a este joven, nos dijo que ya no podíamos ingresar a la piscina con la niñas… La verdad es que en otros hoteles incluso de esta misma cadena, siempre hemos hecho así, entregamos la habitación de checkout y ya luego llevamos a las niñas un rato a la piscina y nos retiramos… pero este Front desk fue muy intransigente y se negó rotundamente para otorgarnos una llave provisional que nos permitiera acceder a la piscina!!! De verdad súper descontenta con esto!!! Después de que en el desayuno tampoco pudimos hacer wafles para las niñas porque la dispensadora de la mezcla para hacer las wafles se descompuso y no hicieron nada para resolver el inconveniente!!!! Soy cliente desde hace años de la cadena de hoteles La Quinta y me siento súper descontenta con todo esto sucedido!! Y de hecho aún teníamos el tiempo suficiente para permanecer en la piscina para el disfrute de nuestra hijas!! Quedo atenta a cualquier comentario por parte del hotel!!! Muchas gracias y feliz día…
