El hotel se encuentra dentro de un edificio, pero es fácil de acceder. Excelente ubicación en una avenida accesible para autos. Es correcto para una estadía corta, es limpio y silencioso (algo destacable en Napoles). El encargado muy amable.

Ubicación excelente.
Personal agradable. Desayuno en el cafe de la esquina. Internet y limpio. El edificio es viejo. No esperar grandes lujos pero la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, the street is full of all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is lovely, friendly and genuinely caring. It's value for money.

Ottima esperienza
L'albergo è un passo dalla linea 1 della metro con la fermata Università, utile per qualsiasi spostamento. Ottima vista, e l'albergo rispecchia le aspettative, in più Il signor Alfonso persona eccezionale dello staff si è reso disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Consiglio vivamente, da ritornarci.

Adoramos Nápoles.
O local é excelente perto de um bom restaurante, supermercado, metro e do centro velho, o atendente foi bastante atencioso. Hotel simples e confortável. A cama de casal era grande e macia, bons lençóis. O ar condicionado e o frigobar funcionaram bem. Banheiro razoável, porem escoamento do ralo era muito lento, foi difícil tomar uma banho tranquilo.

Basic hotel but great location we only stayed for one night so was ideal for what we needed. Breakfast is pretty much non existent. Good views from balcony. Need 20c to use lift up to hotel which is on 5th floor

Hotel bem localizado
Hotel limpo e bem localizado. A chegada so hotel é um pouco confusa, se chegar m um domingo, feriado ou fora do horario comercial, pois o mesmo fica no quinto andar de um predio, e nao identificamos um telefone ou interfone embaixo. Quarto e banheiros amplos, deciraçao espartana.

Ideal position walking distance all sights
Lovely old building, quaint lift needs a bit of patience. Receptionist very helpful. Rooms very clean had to ask for two of the beds to be separated and this was done while we were out and the missing kettle and tea were also there when we returned. The three rooms we booked were all a good size and well cleaned. The breakfast was a basic continental and we bought extras we wanted. Two of the rooms were on the side of the building and had balconies the third overlooked the courtyard. We were there in October and did not require air-con. Amenities excellent for 2 star hotel and very good value.

OK for a nght
The elevator was broken and this hotel is on the fifth floor. We had two rooms and in both cases the inside door knob (to get out of the room) was detached from the door. Ten minutes and some longer screws would fix that problem. It is a very average place where you could get by for a night or two. There are certainly better options.

Vi skulle bara sova en natt pga sen ankomst, för att sedan ta oss vidare till Amalfikusten. Vi hade inte så höga krav men det kändes ändå riktigt trist. Hotellet låg på 5:e våningen. Man var tvungen att knappa in en kod på porttelefonen, tur det kom en person och hjälpte oss. Den gamla mannen som tog emot oss kunde knappt ngn engelska så han kunde inte förklara hur vi skulle ta oss till hamnen när vi frågade, fast den låg runt hörnet visade det sig. Frukosten var under all kritik!!!! Vilket var det enda vi hoppats på, att få i oss ngt inför båtresan.

Ho soggiornato tre giorni con la mia famiglia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, l'hotel è pulito la Camera spaziosa, il personale cortese e disponibile. l'hotel è situato in una zona di Napoli vicino alla maggior parte delle attrattive della città e ai mezzi pubblici, per non parlare di bar pasticcerie e ristoranti.Lo consiglio!!!

mi aspettavo di meglio!! dalle foto alle effettive condizioni e servizi della struttura c è una bella differenza. la tassa di soggiorno è aumentata di 0,50 cent a testa x notte....perchè??

Great Napoli
We really liked Napoli and the surrounding areas (Pompeii, Positano, Sorrento, Amalfi). The hotel is pretty cool, clean, breakfast is ok and the staff is awesome. Marco was really helpful, and also Mr. Alfonso who helped us with everything from a taxi to a hair dryer.

A fürdőben valamilyen hiba miatt szennyvízszag volt. Jó elhelyezkedés városnézés szempontjából, metrómegálló közvetlen a hotel mellett.

Convenient and average hotel
Average Hotel. No keys to the main entrance of the building only keys to the room, so it's very annoying to keep buzzing for the main entrance of the building. No coffee's or tea or kettle in the room as it was stated in the description of the hotel. There's a coffee machine in the breakfast room but have to ask for the coffee capsule in reception every time you want a hot drink. Could use with bright lights in the room. Air condition doesnt work, but very comfortable bed and fast wifi. It's not a very bad hotel but it's not very good either. Descent place to stay with restaurants around the corner and transportations close by, clean and safety place to stay.

sejour de 3 jours a naples hotel catastrophique!!! nous aurions preferez dormir dehors que dans cette hotel quand le voisin tire la chasse d eau nous avions l impression que c etait dans notre chambre! le ptit dej etait catastrophique biscotte sec et cafè sur demande!!abusè je n ai jamais vu ça!!surtout que nous ne sommes pas exigeant mais la c etait vraiment trop!

Quando sono arrivata ho avuto grossi problemi perché doveva essere accessibile ai disabili invece non lo era ..scale..porta d'ingresso e ascensore non accessibile con la carrozzina perché troppo stretto.Camere con odore di muffa,servizio e pulizia scadenti.Colazione inesistente,il titolare forse sentendosi in difetto è stato cordiale.

Great hotel for a great price
The man at the desk was nice and very relaxed. The check-in process was fast and easy. He gave us our key and we were in to our room. The elevator was very old, but worked fine. The room was clean and we slept easily. We only stayed one night in Naples and this was perfect. Just 100 feet from the Universita metro stop.

Pulizia camera ok, ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restauro fatto ad hoc. Un vero peccato perché il palazzo è in un'ottima posizione e di stile. Il personale è cordiale ma secondo me avrebbe bisogno di un abbigliamento diverso. So che è un hotel a due stelle ma i clienti aspettano sicuramente di più, il bagno pulito ma tutti i rubinetti perdevano e l'acqua colava da tutte le parti.

En arrivant pour prendre notre chambre à « l’Orchidée », l'hôtel était complet, il n'avait aucune réservation à notre nom ! Ils nous ont trouvé un autre hôtel soit disant du même niveau au doux nom de "Bella Capri" mais en fait dans un état pourri. Salle de bains avec moisissures, robinetterie scotchée, couette et draps élimés, fils électriques apparents... nous avons pris des photos de l’hôtel, c'est un scandale de leur part.

SIAMO ARRIVATI ALLE ORE 14.30 COL ALISCAFO DA ISCHIA,DOPO UNA CAMMINATA DAL PORTO AL HOTEL.ARRIVATI Lì, IL PORTIERE CI COMUNICAVA CHE IL PC HA SUBITO UN DANNO E NON C'è NESSUNA CAMERA LIBERA...E CHE LORO AVESSERO TROVATO UN VALIDO ALTRO HOTEL DIRETTAMENTE AL PORTO PER NOI!! SONO STATA NERA DI RABBIA E HO FATTO PAGARE IL TAXI DAL PORTIERE. IL HOTEL:UN HOSTEL"BELLA CAPRI" DA LORO TROVATO E DA NOI PAGATO CON LO STESSO PREZZO è STATO NON SOLO SPORCO E PUZZOLENTE MA OVVIAMENTE ANCHE "A LUCE ROSSE", LA NOSTRA CAMERA DIRETTAMENTE ALL'INGRESSO NON CI HA FATTO DORMIRE DURANTE LA NOTTE. NON è STATO POSSIBILE UNA COMUNICAZIONE VIA EXPEDIA PER UN HOTEL PRENOTATO UN MESE IN ANTICIPO?????

problem with lift
hotel on 6th floor and during the day you were meant to pay for the lift -almost impossible to always find the correct coins -not hotel's fault but annoying just the same. On plus side,although we'd only booked a double room,hotel quite happy to allow our daughter to stay one night at no extra charge.
