El alojamiento tiene todolo necesario, es ruidoso pero se resuelve con rapones, y la limpieza diaria noes tal.

Estimado huésped, lamentamos su baja calificación, me gustaría señalar que en su caso se hospedó por 8 noches, TODOS los días ordenamos su habitación y dos veces hicimos una limpieza completa con cambio de sábanas. Además fuimos de gran ayuda recomendándonos lugares que ver, restaurantes y también le reservamos un taxi, creemos que su opinión es demasiado dura y no refleja la realidad. Saludos

Muy bonita y limpia la habitación, Genaro fue muy atento en todo momento dándonos consejos sobre cómo movilizarnos y además consiguiéndonos transporte fácilmente para los traslados. Si fuera nuevamente a Nápoles, sin duda me hospedaría otra vez en President Inn Suites ya Que mi esposa y yo, quedamos muy complacidos, gracias Genaro y disculpas que no había podido dar mi reseña antes debido a mi carga laboral. Lo recomiendo ☺️

Ubicación cerca del terminal , en excelente estado la habitación , cama cómoda , habitación limpia , cocina de uso común donde hay un cafetera donde te puedes hacer café gratis y televisión con Netflix , además de un balcón donde te puedes tomar el café mirando las calles de Nápoles . Excelente elección y el anfitrión muy amable

Staff were very helpful, we were in our room and setup within minutes of arriving to the property. The property is a 15 minute walk from the station and the botanical gardens are close by as well which make for a nice morning walk. The included breakfast is at the pasticceria next door which make some delicious pastries and coffee. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Did not know upon booking that it was what it actually was. No interactions with any person. Received instructions on how to enter the building/room by WhatsApp message. Tbe remote control for the heater unit would not work first night, new one next 3 nights. There was an espresso machine for our use, in the detached (up the hallway) kitchen area, no instructions, never could figure out how to use it! The "breakfast" was at a madhouse resto across the street, decent food, wonderful people. The neighborhood is devoid of any decent "sit-down" restaurants, but plenty of coffee, pizza, pastry places. Impossible to hail a taxi, MANY bus lines running on Corso Garibaldi... no accurate maps or info even online to get routes or schedules. Beware walking the neighborhood after 9pm. Most everything is closed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Presidential Suites. The location is in a nicer part of Naples where we felt very comfortable walking. Breakfast at the quaint pastry shop across the street was lovely. This was our first encounter with using the Whatsapp and had a bit of difficulty getting used to it, but Emanuela was very patient and kind about helping to talk us through the process. We then used the app the rest of our trip and were very grateful we had this new knowledge! Emanuela was also amazing at giving us maps of walkable restaurants from the Suite. We felt very comfortable asking advice thru the app and always an instant response! We would definitely stay here again!

dear guest, thank you for choosing president suites, as is our practice we sent you an email at the time of booking where we informed you that check in had to be agreed according to the regulations, then we sent you another email 2 days before check in where we showed you how to self check in, explaining that you should have written to us on the WhatsApp application, and you responded via email. with our system we guarantee the guest entry into the room in 2 minutes, much faster than a normal check-in, with great flexibility for the arrival time. thank you and we hope to see you soon in Naples

This B&B property is located in the heart of Naples. A convenient location which is close to the train station and the airport. The host was very helpful providing clear directions, booking taxis and overnight parking for my rental car. The room was very clean and modern. This is one place where you really get Netflix and excellent wifi. You also get a a typical italian breakfast (croisant and coffee) included in the bellavita cafe. Considering it is located in the heart of busy Naples, it can be a bit noisy but it did not bother us much. Overall a great place and would highly recommend.

We stayed for two days for our visit to Naples, the room was super clean and very comfortable. Everything looks like new. The location is perfect, very close to the train station and the city center. Nice and clean room walkable from train station. Host was very attentive and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Provided voucher for breakfast at a lovely cafe next door, Netflix was available, we had room service and water bottles every day. Would recommend.

Great location!! Great stay!!
Awesome location in Naples! The host is lovely and gives clear instructions, the room is comfy, your private bathroom has a great hot shower and there’s a shared kitchen that is so convenient, I am an older female and I felt very safe. The local street market is two streets away and the bus to the airport a 5-10 minute walk. I highly recommend!!

Dear Guest, we are sorry you did not appreciate our neighborhood, in our opinion you were not able to orient yourself well in our city, we are in the city center a few steps from the central station and metro (10 minutes on foot), the center historic center (7 minutes on foot) and the airport (5 minutes by car), under the house we have many restaurants and pizzerias: pizzeria Oliva, fish restaurant Adda Figlia do Marenaro in Via Foria (the most famous in the city), restaurant Da Corrado , La Ruota pizzeria, vanity pub, I could still go on, we also provide direct assistance to our guests via whatsapp application 24 hours a day, if you needed information just ask! I think your judgment is too harsh towards us. Greetings

The accommodation was in a perfect spot in Naples. Easy to walk to food options and the train station. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating and helped whenever needed. Would definitely stay again.

Hotell ligger veldig sentralt ved Botanisk hage. 15 minutter å gå til Metro stasjonen. Hotellet personalet var veldig hyggelig. Rommet var stort og veldig stort bad. Anbefales til å bo på dette hotellet.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time here! The room was a good size and the bed was so comfy - we slept amazingly all week! The shared kitchen and personal mini fridge were a lovely treat sonrhatbwencould enjoy a nice cold drink on the malcont after a day of roaming Naples. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so kind to us and made us feel very welcome. The best thing about this property was the host - he made me check in so easy and answered every question I had (and there were quite a few!) He helped us find a good place to get more euros out, reccommended good places to eat and even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us. The host was accommodating in every way and made our trip to Naples so much easier and more enjoyable. I would reccommed President Suites wholeheartedly
