Estuvo todo espectacular! El hotel Atlantis es increíble muy familiar tiene mil actividades para los niños, lo único que debo decir es que los precios de las comidas y tragos son ridículamente caros, en el Reef tienes cocina equipada y lo que hicimos fue comer en nuestra habitación, puedes comprar de todo cerca!

The beach is wonderful. The rooms were good, but a bit dated. Check in process originally gave us a room with no functioning AC, took 3 hours to get them to agree to switch our room to one with working AC. We were originally told no rooms were available and then when I asked for full refund they miraculously found our exact room type on a higher floor. In general some staff members were great and welcoming, but majority of others were rude, disinterested, and acted annoyed to provide any level of service. Food was very average but expensive. One of restaurants (Chopstix) when I asked for bill just gave me IPad and waiter left and I had to manually enter room number, and pick my self to charge to my room for dinner. Zero identity verification was done. Overall, 5 star beach, 3 star hotel for 5 star prices. Would not go back.

It was a perfect trip with lots of water parks to enjoy, a variety of pools, and gorgeous beaches. However, the food is expensive and some of the restaurants are not the best quality.
