Jamas me hospedaria ahi de nuevo, es el lugar mas descuidado donde me he hospedado por $175, la noche pense que seria algo mejor, lo unico agradable fue la sonrisa del personal

Nos toco cambiar la habitación, porque la primera fue pésima en todo sentido. Olor, pelos por todo lado etc. El servicio en general es lo que recibes por lo que pagas

This place has bed bugs. Someone came up to me to beg for change while I was opening the door to my room. Fire alarm had been ripped out of the ceiling.

It appears that the hotel rents out rooms to drug users or not so great customer. They are loud and theres always "visitors" late at night. The rooms were in bad shape. dirty to say the least and the non-smoking room has smoke smell. I would not stay there again.

Whew this place is ROUGH. Walk up window outside to check in with no one else in line took about 20 minutes. Lady said sorry the computer is slow. The whole property looks very unmaintained. Broken gates, bad parking lot, trash left out next to full bins, room is bad shape. Even an abandoned moving truck right outside the parking on the little dead end road. Sketchy. I always look for bed bugs and although didn’t see any the area near the headboard is very dirty and unkept so obviously no vacuuming being done there. Looked like an old bug smashed against the wall by the night stand. Lamp shade was bent and falling off the light. The headboard which is attached to the wall was falling off one of the walls so it was slanted down on the bed. breakfast included packaged honey buns and cereal but the milk was empty and Container for milk not refrigerated. Would never stay here again. This is also a rough part of town which we didn’t know with some rough folks walking down the sidewalk. Sorry but this place is bad bad bad.

Bedsheets and towels had spots. Toilet seat was broken. They keep lobby locked and you have to talk to receptionist thru a thick glass window. That says either location or it’s guests are threat. Breakfast is a joke. 3 out of 5 apples were rotten. They serve coffee, cereal and cupcake. No bread and no water. Very lousy facility overall, though receptionist was helpful but she can only do so much.

This was the worst hotel ever the sheets had holes in the bath tub was brown the sheets were very dirty. I took photos of this. I was so scared I would bring home bugs from this dirty hotel. When I spoke to the agent about it they said I should have complain while I was there. I am a truck driver my drive time was out is the only reason I even stayed here. I would not even allow my pet to sleep on this bed because I’m scared they might bring bugs in my home. I will never return and I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

This was undoubtedly the dirtiest, most disgusting place I have ever been. Cigarettes burns dirty walls and broken appliances. The pool had trash floating in it!

The entire hotel area was extremely dirty and was not anywhere close to what it looked like in their advertised pictures. We booked a non-smoking room and it wreaked of smoke. There were cigarette burns on the chairs and comforters. The sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them. The bathroom was dirty and had a spider trap inside of it. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The tub had a crack in it. No towels, And shower did not work. The front desk told us we could not get towels til morning and never did get them. The bedding was dirty. I think all that housekeeping did was make the beds and never put clean linen on.

Bad area. Needs updated. Exterior just plan ugly. Holes in walls. Bath tile broken. Towel racks barely hanging on. Door lock broken but secured. Served it’s purpose just there to sleep and shower. Plus side no bugs and clean. Less expensive then down town. That’s about it.

we get there to check in and the lobby is locked in the daytime. note on door said to use night window but nobody was there. finally someone comes and lets us inside. then they want to show us the room 1st to see if it is something we were interested in. clearly they know that the place is not up to any standards at all. room was smelly, mirror was filthy and bathroom had mold all around the tub. empty beer bottles sitting outside of rented rooms and obvious drug addicts sitting outside of their rooms just "Chillin". Would not recommend this place to anyone. We quickly decided we would not be staying in this place. Bates Motel would have been safer to stay at.

This room was filthy. The bed comforter had a stain on it which we could not tell if it was vomit or not. We checked the mattress for bed bugs and the box spring cover was filthy. The tv did not work. If it wasn’t that the other hotels were booked solid last night we would have not stayed here.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen, we did NOT stay there. There were ashes all over the floor, what looked like a bed bug on the mattress and the worst smell I have ever smelled. The door was broken.

Hotel was old and not refurbished. While my room was clean, my sister's non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes to the point that they switched to another hotel. Service wasn't bad, wasn't good. Phone in room didn't work. Parking lot had used condoms and wrappers scattered around. Not a place I'll be returning to use again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in
This hotel was disgusting. Ants crawling all over the vanity. Mouse poop everywhere, vanity faucet hanging, carpet dirty, cigarette burns on bedding. Shower had tons of mold. As soon as we arrived, toilet was clogged ales had to unclog it ourselves. Front deSk was closed . Had to communicate through this little window. Staff was not pleasant and very hard to understand stand. Website said breakfasts included. When I inquired about breakfast. Staff was rude and said no breakfast. I ask for my money back, they refused.

Check in took a while late at night. The first room we were given had a hole and black mold in the ceiling. When I informed the person on duty he changed it right away. However, the second room wasn’t clean. The comforter had what looked like blood stains on it and dirty towels. Good thing we had our own.

Hotel and surroundings were so bad we didn’t end up staying the night and went home. Wouldn’t recommend.
