En mi experiencia fue un hotel a precio accesible, bastante bien ubicado, reo que cerca de todo pero lejos del desorden nocturno, así que se puede descansar en total paz.

Está muy buena la comida el desayuno está exquisito y también la vista panorámica increíble, la ubicación nos gustó mucho el servicio de la recepción extraordinario. Sólo nos quedamos con ganas de terminar nuestro baño en la tina con agua caliente

en general todo genial, como pequeños detalles a mejorar el Wi-Fi por alguna razon de desconectava muy a menudo y habia que volver a concetar-se. el desayuano esta muy bueno!! :p

Solicitamos un late check out y nos indicaron que consultarían si era posible. El día que debíamos hacerlo nos llamaron antes de la hora a la que se debe hacer check out y nos indicaron que los huéspedes de nuestra habitación estaban ya en el hotel, lo cual no era correcto, ya que en recepción no había nadie

Increíble hotel con excelente servicio. Desde nuestra llegada Seda fue muy amable y nos mostró el hotel, pudiendo elegir nuestra habitación. El desayuno delicioso y abundante y la atención de Sarda, mesero y bartender, insuperable, amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones, ubicación y las instalaciones del hotel excelentes.

Tuvimos problemas con la habitacion. Nos mudaron 3 veces porque habia olor en la habitacion. Hicimos reserva de excursion en globo y no cumplieron. Nos fuimos muy mal con todo eso a pesar de que el hotel es muy lindo.

My stay at Kelebek was amazing, loved this place! It has a great location and staff. They really care about people and organize everything for you. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Another great thing is the terrace, you can watch the hot air balloons in the morning while having breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

Kelebek Special Cave hotel, es hermoso y el servicio excelente. Nos encantó toda la experiencia y lo bello del hotel. What a beautiful and well located cave hotel. We love it, and enjoyed very much. Rooms are spacious and smell very good, the bathroom was very clean. Great service! I arranged transportation with them and was very good, on time and professional. The pool area is beautiful too and if you wake up early you can have a wonderful view of the balloons. Is a great place to stay in Cappadocia!

El mejor hotel
Muy buen hotel, es bastante grande y lindo. En la fotos de la pagina no se alcanza a ver lo bonito que en realidad es. La habitación son perfectas. La atención excelente. Con ellos puedes conseguir shutter bus aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto y los diferentes toures por la zona incluyendo el de los globos.

Kelebek is a unique hotel in Göreme that provides top tier service and amenities to its guests. From the point of reservation until the time we flew home, we were under the careful stewardship of the staff at Kelebek. They help organize airport transfers, excursions, sight seeing, you name it. The hotel itself is immaculate with a gracious staff that clearly care about the property. The pool is small but perfectly situated above the city. The restaurant is one of the best in the city - you get breakfast there included in your stay, and it's worth making a reservation for at least one of your dinners as the food is incredible. The whole city is walkable, so it's situated in a great location to access whatever you need. Highly recommend Kelebek!

Despite the appealing cave-inspired decor and ambiance of the room our stay at the hotel was disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, we arrived late at 11 pm only to discover that the hot air balloon tour we had planned was canceled. It would have been helpful if the hotel had notified us earlier in the day so we could adjust our plans accordingly. Instead, we spent the next morning scrambling to find alternative bookings, leaving us unable to participate in any morning activities. Moreover, the main lock of the room was not working from inside so we would’ve to sleep in an unlocked room which wasn’t safe. They sent a technician to repair it at 12.30 am since there were no extra rooms. Furthermore, the room's locker was also faulty, failing to lock properly. Additionally, the utensils in the restaurant were visibly dirty with water stains. The breakfast plates were warm and emitted a foul odor due to inadequate drying. Overall, despite the pleasing aesthetic of the room, our experience with the hotel's service fell short of expectations, and we cannot recommend it to others.

We have traveled extensively for work and holiday and this hotel is the most unique and special we’ve experienced. The staff was beyond caring and helpful. The staff arranged our private guide and our balloon adventure - both excellent. Their office is open 24 hours and very safe facility. There are ample private areas to view the magnificent area. Five stars all around.

We loved our time at Kelebek Hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing, views from the rooftops are spectacular. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We also used their spa/hamam service and it was a very relaxing experience. They helped us arrange a baloon ride and a guided tour, both of which were excellent. We also used the airport transfer arranged by them, very convenient and timely service. Overall, great experience and we highly recommend
