We had to walk from the parking lot to our cabin and the path was only partially lit up. When we got into our cabin, it was so, so cold. We could not get it to warm up. It was cold all night. For the price I paid, it could have had heat.

This is such a neat place to stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great! I loved the western themed town. I would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Very convenient place outside of Hermann. Breakfast was awesome along with the facilities. Would like to come back during the summer and enjoy the pool and the lake.

The property is well kept, quiet and very private. As with most lodging, the water pressure in the shower is sub par. Other than that, it is a great place. We will stay there again.

Quaint lodge.
The staff was so friendly. It is in a very quiet location with very little to do. We booked it because it was relatively close to Hermann.

We arrived at about 7 pm. We were anticipating eating at the restaurant on the property but it was closed due to a wedding rehearsal dinner. So we had to go back to Hermann where we had just come from in order yo eat dinner.

Love the old look of the bedroom furniture with the new technology hidden inside. The breakfast was awesome. Staff was super nice. The old western town area is great to sit around at night and smoke cigars around the fire. Its about as close to Hermann as I would want to be plus its closer to the best winery in the area with the best views.

Step back in time.
Interesting place, very friendly and relaxing, but a bit over priced for what it was. Clean and updated but retains old feeling. Coffee available near the room but no way to get the hot water necessary. Overall , enjoyed the stay. Great breakfast.

Of course the replica "Old western cowboy town buildings" are very unique. Fun to checkout! The "grounds" and trails around them are unique as well. Lots of "cozy" little table and chair groupings to sit and enjoy the scenery are placed around the property as well. Yes, liked it and plan to return again just for a "stay" there.

Girls weekend.. Got to hotel and was informed that the resteraunt and bar were closed due to a wedding.. Nothing posted on web site or calendar showing closings. 3 other couples celebrating different occasions were very disappointed as well. Everyone booked because food and drinks were on the property.. The pool was thankfully open. We also had to change rooms because they didnt have a remote for the tv in our room.. Cable was horrible.. just an overall bad experience.. !!

Wonderful experience – this was a great getaway for our anniversary. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were complimentary upgraded to a cottage. These are actually quite new and modern so don’t let ‘cottage’ fool you. Spacious and we had a nice screened in patio. Such a pleasant surprise 😊 It was so peaceful. Everything was in walking distance and each piece of the property had its own feel. The salt water pool was refreshing. One drawback was the only restaurant was closed for the day so you had to go off property for dinner. Not sure how often that happens during wedding season. The complimentary breakfast was robust spread and pretty good except for the eggs which did not taste like eggs and my husband swears gave him an upset stomach. Other than that, it was good. Great place for a wedding, event, or just a quick getaway. Will definitely go back!

Amazing stay! Clean cute room. Friendly helpful staff. Good hot coffee! Gorgeous grounds! Close to town but relaxing country seting. Was just there for a quick business trip but would love to come back when we have time to check out the area. We will definitely be back!

The receptionist was so friendly. We were able to check in when we arrived in town a couple hours early. The campus was so cute and we loved the dining town hall.

Lovely stay for the Hermann Wine Trail
The concept, location are great and the staff are amazing; they went well above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Full hot breakfasts that changes is refreshing; overnite french toast, 3 meat fritatta and tons of other options. The beds are super comfy and it was nice to have a sink, mini fridge, coffee maker & creamer, sugar & stirrers in the room but not coffee!! No microwave in the room either altho there is a shared one in the downstairs rec room. The bathrooms are tiny in some of the main hotel's King rooms and the room lay out is a bid odd and not the most effective use of space. But I get it, they combined 2 of their tiny rooms into 1 but I think it could have been laid out better. The walls are very thin, we heard the TV and the guests snoring in the next room & only 10 cable channels. Lack of communication from mgmt to the guests. The website & Facebook said the Town Hall Restaurant would be open on Fri and that's why we chose to spend Fri nite there. However, it was not open due to a wedding. I understand staff shortages, but it should have been communicated to their guests before checking in; it left very few other dining options based on their remote location. We decided at the last minute to spend Saturday, however no rooms were showing available on their website nor Hotels.com. Turns out cleaning staff was cancelled after wedding cancellation; but we were able to book at the front desk. Again, lack of communication. Thx to Haley, Mark, Todd & Serena!

Quaint but charming
Cedar creek really had it all! A bar and restaurant, free breakfast, and a rec room with a bar, fridge, Tv, fire place, couches and chairs, lots of games, and a pool table. The main down side was the size of the hotel rooms- the beds are pretty small with a thin blanket- grateful for the quilts they had. The showers were also extremely small. I think we may book a lodge or house next time. But we will definitely be back
