I do apologize for the misunderstanding, as we do have a ramp on the side of the hotel. We would pointed you in that direction if we would have known.Our resturant is currently under re-imagination. We are working hard on getting it back up and running. Lastly, due to the confinded space in the city we only offer valet parking that is 42 plus tax a night. Once again I do apologize that this was clearly communicated at time of check-in. Please come visit us again so we can leave you with the right impression.

I'm sorry that your stay was less pleasurable than expected. Yes, we were remodeling our floors and thought that it would be a quick and easy project. However, it took longer than expected and the finished product is fabulous! Please stop by next time you visit the city. You'll love the new floors as much as we do.
