Nightmare
Horrible... desde que llegue el personal poco amable. En el cuarto sin toallas,el tv no funcionó. Limpieza pésima. Cosas en el piso de las otra personas.Cucarachas pequeñas en el baño.

Very disapponting
I was unlucky to get a room where the TV did not work. Not much was done to fix the problem. Not even moved to another room because there were not any left. Hmmm

We were moved to 3 different rooms, room 1 the ac didn't work, room 2 couldn't clise the door without slamming it, and toom 3 had bugs so we left and got one day back. They are renovating this place it shouldn't be open

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
If there was a way to put ZERO RATING I would. And the Only Reason we stayed was due to it was Late and we couldnt get something somewhere else with such short notice...This was the Worst Stay I have ever had and I have traveled from Alaska to Florida.. Reserved 3 rooms and First they tried to say we didnt have reservations.. Then they tried to charge us over what we were told the amount would be. Second: we did not get the rooms we reserved online were told that they didnt have any in turn we got rooms with 2 beds, broken toilets and that smelt like Rodents Third: one of the rooms even had a Huge Puddle of water in middle of it and NO A/C. Forth: there was no Amenities like a Fridge, Coffee, Soap, ect ect Fifth: there was Tweekers and Drug Deals going on in parking lot all night/ Sixth: the Pool Was BEYOND GREEN IT WAS STRAIGHT UP BLACK! Again THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD! Bonus was>>> We didnt see any Bugs but I sure they were there, we just missed them because we didnt stay longer than needed.

Waited 30 minutes to check in because everyone in front of me were complaining about dirty rooms and bugs. After i checked in and saw our room we went back and asked for our money back. The answer was no but we left anyway and found another hotel. Travelocity should give me my money back

Not good.
Room was not ready at check in (3pm). Two hours after check they give us a room that was not cleaned. Second room is given to us. Keys did not work. Housekeeping let us in. A/C did not work. There was not enough towels. We advised front desk that our keys & air did not work. They couldn’t fix either issue. Staff was courteous. We were issued a partial refund ($50).

Just don’t. Trust me. They are horrible. The staff is nice but the place is just .... don’t do it unless you have no other choice !!! My husband got a horrible cut on his leg because a man who was working there wheeled in a bunch of wood and stuff and it was sticking out everywhere. My husband thought he stepped around the far enough but nope. And it was right in the middle of the place you go left or right to your rooms ! The man didn’t even care my husband got a deep cut. Which has now cost us to go to the doctor and get medication. It’s stilll not better by the way and he goes back to the doctor tomorrow ! Just don’t do it.

The motel is not very nice. The ice maker was broken. Very few of the cleaning staff and very few guests were wearing masks. It was not very clean for a Motel 6.

The hotel is horrible and they have roaches. It needs carpet cleaned down the hallways and it smells a bit.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the staff was very unprofessional and rude the hotel itself was filthy dirty walking into the hotel people are hanging outside the door the carpet is dirty it smelled of urine approaching my room to door looks like someone try to pry it open there were roaches in the room the bathtub was not cleaned I do not recommend anyone ever going

This place was horrible. From the time I got there until the time we left. When I got there to check in the front doors was pure nasty so that was the first red flag. After I checked in she gave me a room key to a room that was already occupied so me and family walked in a room with someone already in it. The manager said she didn’t know. Next they put us in another room with no air conditioner and it had roaches so we had to leave that room. Next the third room smelled like pure smoke. It was very small and the pictures on the internet are fake. My family and I didn’t get any sleep all night because the people above us was fussing and fighting all night. It was horrible. We suppose to stayed 2 nights but we left a day early. This place is pure trash. It’s ridiculous!!!

That hotel needs a complete make over. Just filthy. Mold in my window. Trash in the hallways. Horrible smells everywhere. I’ve stayed here several times before but this time it was worse. I truly hope they get it together.

Nasty dirty uncomfortable unsafe place to stay drug attics drug dealers .crack heads outside trying to stop you everytime you walk outside.Did not sleep at all beds hard room dirty had to buy cleaning products to clean restroom hair all on toilet mold dirt everywhere. Tried to change room get a refund but got attitude staff very rude.ac was broke told the staff nothing they can do about it .Trash hotel city should shut them down dont know how they pass inspection

I made a reservation on Friday evening of 3/5. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that all of the rooms were sold out. I paid for a room that I never was able to check into. So now I am stuck waiting 5-7 days for a refund.

We checked in at 11 pm waited 20 minutes for lady to get done with personal call. Got key to a room that was already occupied. The floors were filthy. Charged additional $25.00. Went to check out and literally had to wake the staff up to return key so we could get deposit back. And was told that there wasn’t anything they could do till later but we could wait. Staff super rude and unprofessional and I honestly would have rather stayed in my car.

The place soso, the corridors dirty and with a lot of smell of cigarettes, inside the rooms with little cockroaches. There was no refrigerator as it said in the description and only a communal microwave.

The hotle doors were broken needed a mold cleaning and lots of repairs to establishment. Staff was amazing and friendly.
