El hotel es un poco lejos de Manhattan, aprox 50 min en metro, pero la estación está a unos pasos y se llega relativamente pronto al centro. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente, huevo, cereales, pan, tocino, jugos, café. El personal muy amable, siempre limpio. Me volvería a hospedar ahí. Muy cerca de Dyker Heights, ideal para épocas navideñas.

El aseo muy malo
Aseo muy malo, no cambian las toallas, no las entregan de acuerdo a la cantidad de personas en la habitación, todos los días falto shampoo. Tienen una política de no hacer las camas el fin de semana que lo encuentro aceptable, pero tampoco asean el baño y la pieza en general Encontramos pelos en la ducha y cucarachas en el baño

Segunda vez en el hotel y seguro habrá una tercera
Excelente limpieza en las áreas comunes. Como tantos otros hoteles y como consecuencia de la pandemia de COVID-19, el servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones se realiza solamente mediante petición expresa. En nuestro caso, con una estancia de 4 días, no lo solicitamos y únicamente pedimos en recepción los artículos de baño que requerimos. Esta fue para mi esposa y para mi la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y de seguro que lo volveremos a hacer en nuestra próxima visita a Brooklyn.

El que atiende mostrador con problemas gástricos
Bien en general, la habitación limpia y cómoda, con un visible parche mal tapado en un muro que contrastaba con el esfuerzo por decorar agradablemente la habitación.Pague por una habitación doble con vista a la calle y me dieron con vista atrás ese detalle es odioso y típico de los hoteles.QUE NO TE PUEDEN DAR UNA BUENA HABITACIÓN A LA PRIMERA Y SIN REGAÑARLOS??? La verdad ya no valió la pena reclamar ya que sólo iba a pasar la noche pero se los comento aquí. Un detalle muy desagradable fue que me encontraba en la noche utilizando brevemente la computadora de huéspedes que se encuentra frente a la recepción y el encargado de atender eructaba fuerte y constantemente estando perfectamente consciente de mi presencia, de verdad una falta de educación imperdonable¡¡¡

In the heart of bay ridge where I grew up. Train station is about 2 minutes away which was so convenient especially since I was travelling with two kids. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that the hotel smelled of weed - ALOT. In and out it smelled so heavily of it. Also being told I can do a later checkout but on the day I was told I cannot. Communication needs improvement between staff and customer, other than that wouldn’t change anything.

The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The bathroom needed a paint job though was nice and clean. The biggest issue is the difficulty in parking, especially that the hotel website advertises valet parking when there is none. There is some street parking and a municipal garage a short walk away.

I did not enjoy this property at all. The ceiling was paper thin and we could hear people walking above and beside us all night. In addition, our toilet was broken and unable to flush. Someone came to look at it and said, sorry, you’ll have to use the bathroom in the basement lobby. It was a terrible experience for myself and my daughter. I would never stay here or recommend it even though the front desk lady was kind and the location decent.

Good evening the stay was good, the staff was good and respectful. Only one thing i had a problem with and it was the breakfast. The breakfast can be better, there were no fruits, the eggs and sausages were cold. Thats my only issue
