La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está justo en el centro y te permite disfrutar de la cuidad bien. Sin embargo, el hotel tiene mucho ruido; nuestra habitación era bastante pequeña; el baño tenía ducha con cortina; la habitación era fría incluso con la calefacción en el máximo, las toallas ni secaban por ser tan frío; solo uno ascensor funcionaba, entonces teníamos que esperar muchísimo o subir por escaleras los tres pisos. Por lo general, lo único bueno fue la ubicación del hotel.

No me gusto que antes de hacer check-in estaban intentando hacer un cargo por 18 dolares y que hay que dejar 50 dolares de garantia por dia de hospedaje.

Las habitaciones que habíamos reservado debían tener camas tamaño king, y las que nos dieron tenían un tamaño queen. Cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que no habían recibido de parte de expedia esta solicitud y que no tenían esas camas disponibles. Luego de retirarnos del hotel, cuando nos llega el recibo del consumo, nos damos cuenta de que nos cobraron 200 dólares de más....y todavía no nos hemos podido comunicar con el hotel para hacer el reclamo

Le pedimos disculpas por este inconveniente que haya experimentado durante su estadía. Como se mencionó al momento del check-in, se aplicará un depósito o retención en su tarjeta para gastos imprevistos de 50 por noche. por reserva de huésped. Esa retención puede tardar hasta 10 días hábiles, sin incluir fines de semana ni días festivos, en reflejarse en su estado de cuenta. En cuanto a que su tipo de habitación no esté disponible, le hemos reembolsado 30 por noche, por reserva como compensación. También permita el tiempo de espera mencionado para que ese monto también se refleje. Nuevamente, nos disculpamos por este inconveniente y esperamos darle la bienvenida nuevamente en un futuro no muy lejano.

The hotel is comfortable and nice, room did the job If you want to visit the city all day and only come back to sleep. However, we got a room on the eight floor and it was very noisy at nights on the street so if you are a light sleeper maybe consider staying somewhere else or demand a higher floor away from the noise. Other than that overall great stay. Funny foot note, hotel has a sticker on the safe that says they are not responsible for any robbery of property including things put in the safe, which is weird as this should not be the case. Maybe be careful and hotel definitely needs to improve the safety on that regard for guests to be more comfortable leaving their belongings in the room.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. Incluso tienen tarifa plana para el taxi si necesitas desplazamiento al aeropuerto. La habitación súper limpia, y el personal muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. En este momento están con reformas pero no fue molesto para nada! En pleno centro de la ciudad. La localización perfecta para llegar andando a cualquier lugar. Repetiremos seguro!

Great Midtown location with easy walking access to 2 key subway stations, and a quick jaunt to Central Park, Times Square, and the theatre district. The hotel itself is... ok. Rooms are clean and modern, but this is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Sound transfer from the hallway and adjoining rooms was ridiculous. I was an unwilling participant in a neighboring guest's conference call, clearly hearing both him, and all other parties. Street noise was significant - though not a hotel issue. You're paying for the location - if that's all you need/want, you'll be satisfied. If you want to sleep, bring your own white noise/earplugs, or look elsewhere

There is no free internet as advertised, you need to be a member and membership sign up does not work. I have two very unhappy kids with me this evening. Also, we booked for 4 people, the bedding for the second bed had only 1 pillow. We have towels for 3 people. 1 drinking glass and 1.5 bottles of water.

Totally unsafe! Everone can reach each floor without any confirmation from elevator. Also I put come back later sign but my neighbour steal it for 2 times! I told reseption, and manager they didn’t take any action. This is a huge security problem for our stay.

The location was perfect for going shopping, Central Park, museums, and public transportation. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated, and very accessible.

There was someone clearly smoking cigarettes in the room next to me the whole time I was there. My entire hotel room and bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

The room was clean and spacious. We did have a issue with not e cough cups and that the shower gel was never refilled, but when we asked, room service took care of it for us. The front desk staff was very friends and helpful. All in all a great stay. And very central! We had food, shopping and access to all the mayor attractions right there.

The room was very nice and clean. The TV was a problem because the name of the station did not match the show. an example the title said CNN, but the TV show was Sponge Bob. So, you would have to go one by one to see what was on that station. The major problem, one elevator was broken so there was a long wait for the elevator every time and they were packed. I assume there was no service elevator because the maids and linen service was always using the elevators. We used the stairs several times (5th floor). The staff was nice but not helpful but they tried. The experience was not what we are use to with Hilton.

We had a great stay here and would go again. Decent-sized rooms. Friendly staff. The only issue is the lack of elevator service. Only one was working, and that made for very crowded trips and long waits. The staff even has to use the same SOLE elevator, which is inconvenient for them too. And from what I read, this is not a new issue. Not sure why it can't be fixed.

Viaje familiar con niños
It was nice and clean and updated. The elevator service was terrible because of a broken one. But everything else was great. Staff was so nice and accommodating.

Had a nice stay here, staff were lovely and the location was amazing, most NYC attractions were in walking distance. The only issue we had was the broken elevator which meant long waiting times for the elevator that did work.
