Pesimo servicio
Muchisimo ruido y vibración proveniente de una discoteca q esta en el hotel y pertenece a ellos. La atencion es muy mala ya q cuando llame para quejarme me dijeron q no podian hacer nada y no fueron comprensivos con la situacion. Hasta me dijeron q si no me gustaba q me fuera! Unos mal educados. Ahora de hecho voy a desconocer un gasto en la tarjeta, por q me cobraron de mas. Apenas llegue al hotel los muy descarados me avisaron q habia un resort fee de 50 dolares por dia, cuando les pregunte q incluia el resort fee me dijeron q era para: una botella de agual al lomento del check in, internet, descuento en el parking para el auto y descuento para la peluqueria 😳. Les dije q no queria ninguna de las 4 e igual me dijeron q lo tenia q pagar, q no era opcional. Estuve 3 dias correspondia q pague 150 (no estoy de acuerdo pero lo acepto), hice express check out y lo q me estan cobrando son 223, no me explico por q no me mandaron factura ni nada!

From the moment you walk in, you’re in another dimension. The staff were amazing fast, you walk in you have it all. You have a bar, food service ect. The rooms are without words. Really recommend and will be returning.

The style and decor is beautiful However few things were missing in the room to make it exquisite such a coffee machine and extra glasses for water. It was a bit noisy as well since it is a very trendy hotel to go out at night. Overall a very good experience and very comfortable.

The staff! The staff was phenomenal! We worked with Anthony a lot during our stay, who was always helpful. I must say that everybody was always helpful. The gentleman who were taking care of the night club were wonderful, even though we weren’t like clubbers! Just felt special while we were there.

I’ve been to the dream before for work (bridal makeup artist) and to go to the club Phd, so i knew the ambiance was nice, and this hotel was aesthetically pleasing. After staying here i can say the staff was great and helpful, the rooms were clean and i felt safe. Whenever me or my boyfriend called for something they were speedy with getting whatever it was to our room, ice, cups, silverware ect. The men who helped us at the front desk both nights were friendly and wonderful. I heard complaints about rooms being too loud and hearing the nightclub but we didn’t have that problem in our room, we didn’t hear the nightclub at all. We had a room with a king bed overlooking the pool. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel, and we didn’t go to the bars or clubs but we did venture out for dinners, shopping, and a rangers game. This hotel is in a great location. There were so many great restaurants and shops walkable. MSG was only about a mile walk. We also took advantage of Chelsea Market being a few feet away. I would stay here again without hesitation!

The location is perfect, close to many shops and a few restaurants. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. While the rooms are a decent size, the beds aren’t very comfortable

Cute hotel, cute vibe, only thing that annoyed me was the lighting. If I put on light in bathroom it illuminated the entire room making it difficult for others to sleep.

Stayed on 3/31-4/1…Front desk lady that checked me in was friendly and professional . The property itself is clean with nice aesthetics. However, rooms are small and tight. Like Most NYC hotels in the city . The downside for me was that, I forgot my bottle of champagne in the room I stayed at, called back the hotel same day to find out about it, but I was given the run around and was told by front desk lady that “stuffs like that gets thrashed “. It was a brand new unopened champagne!!! Smh

Had to call for them to bring my bags up. It took forever for them to answer at the desk. Also was not given access code to Wi-Fi. Had to call for that. It took a while to answer. Probably was busy though at desk. Overall property very nice and comfortable and close to Chelsea market.

This was more of a party hotel than I realized. It gave me Vegas vibes with the built in nightclub and DJ in the lobby. It would be a good spot for something like a bachelorette party, but I wasn’t a fan for just a chill weekend. It was so loud! Not just in the lobby, but in the hallways. Lots of drinks people. There was even a fight that erupted in the hallway next to my door around 2:30am that lasted for a good 20 minutes with hotel staff involved. They handled it very well, it’s just the style of patrons for this hotel and the nature of the reason why they’re there. As far as rooms go, the bed was very comfortable and it has nice amenities! I do think the property needs some more upkeep though. There are a lot of things sloppily done, like the ceiling lights that were partially painted on and the fact that there wasn’t a handle on the bathroom door, just a hole. That was weird. You get what you pay for. That being said, the staff was nice and the room was comfy enough. If you’re doing NYC on a budget this isn’t a bad option.

Stayed for a long weekend. Was able to get into our room a few hours early without even having to ask. Connected cafe and restaurant were convenient. Club in building did not bother us. Staff held our luggage at check out so we could shop without our bags. Close to train stations too. I’d stay here again!

This property focuses on providing a club/discotheque vibe. I was given a room on the 11th floor literally right under a club that plays music until 4:00 am. I could literally feel the base in my room. If you want a good night's rest and can't sleep through loud music, then make sure you get a room on floors 4-7. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
