El hotel está bien en general, lo que no funciona bien es el sistema de elevadores para la cantidad de huéspedes. El área donde se sirve el desayuno es insuficiente

Acabo de estar en el hotel del 27 de febrero al 3 de marzo de 2024, nuestra experiencia fue excelente , el hotel es barato, Las habitaciones pequeñas, pero por el precio que pagas es justo, un plus es el desayuno el cual nos pareció bueno por el precio que pagas, no tuvimos tema con los elevadores, hay 5 elevadores y era muy rápido subir y bajar, incluso en las mañanas a la hora del desayuno, no sé si también dependió de la temporada en la que viajé. Sólo pedimos que nos hicieran la limpieza del cuarto, una vez, y todo perfecto, a excepción que no dejaron papel de baño extra y si nos hizo falta, pero como ya era nuestros últimas horas en la habitación, no quisimos pedirlo a recepción, usamos kleenex jajaj A pesar que la habitación es pequeña pequeña, nos sentimos a gusto, éramos dos adultos y dos niños de 13 y 8 , lo mejor para mí fue que había un espacio para para colgar abrigos Con 7 u 8 ganchos, lo cual se me hizo fabuloso ya que si llevaba muchos abrigos y chamarras que colgar, definitivamente regresaría a este hotel :) El aire acondicionado si hacía mucho ruido, encendía y apagaba todo el tiempo, pero a mí no se me hizo molesto, Dormimos muy a gusto todas las noches, las camas y almohadas Excelente y cero ruido del exterior.

En general buen hotel, la ubicación es du mayor atributo. Desayuno repetitivo, pero se agradece. Sólo un tema con el aseo de las habitaciones ya que no es diario y eso no lo informaron

Aceptable acorde al precio .
El hotel súper céntrico , el desayuno tiene lo necesario solo que hay demasiada gente y faltan mesas , la habitación es pequeña pero cumple con respecto al precio , el detalle más severo es que nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación , desconozco si se tiene que solicitar .

Excelente ubicación✅✅ buen trato por el personal del hotel, solo un pequeño detalle cuando llegamos el baño estaba tapado pero en cuanto reporté, inmediatamente nos atendieron y arreglaron y en cuanto a el deposito $100 usd por día, tardaron unos días en devolverlo pero al final si hubo reembolso, recomiendo al hacer check out preguntar por el reembolso. Los cuartos son pequeños asi que para una o dos personas esta excelente, lo recomiendo 💯✅✅

A pesar de estar a unos metros de times square , está bien aislados los cuartos . El Desayuno siempre estuvo al 100 , disposición de café , té y chocolate la 24 hrs . La cercanía del metro y lo más importante de visitar en Manhattan. Regresaría sin pensar.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel, there is no security inside the hotel. They do not check who enters the hotel, I was almost robbed in the lobby and they did nothing at the time. It is an unsafe hotel and they do not respond for what can happen to you in their facilities.

thank you Manuel. We have our HVAC vendor in house and actively fixing the few rooms we got reports on loud A/C, and we are working on ways of expanding the range on our green/energy efficient system

Aunque es un hotel muy bien ubicado su precio es demasiado alto. Pague más de 600 dólares la noche por una habitación en la que casi no pude acomodar las maletas. Tienen un problema grande con los ascensores en donde algunas veces requieres más de 10 minutos para poder conseguir uno de estos. La puerta del baño de la habitación no servia como tampoco la caja de seguridad. Se supone que es un hotel nuevo pero tiene muchos problemas

Un hotel totalmentte en el centro de Manhattan, moderno y reformado Desayuno muy correcto Personal muy amable Habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero camas muy cómodas. Aunque estés en el centeo del bullicio, las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas. Seguro que si volvemos, no dudaremos en volver a reservar en el misml hotel Lo hemos recomendadl a nuestrls amigos que van a viajar pronto a NY Gracias
