La habitación no es pequeña pero si que esta mal distribuida, ya que había un lado de la cama que queda junto a la ventana, donde esta la maquina del aire acondicionado y era un poco difícil entrar por ese lado. El servicio de limpieza hay que pedirlo en recepción, siempre que quieras que te hagan la habitación o cambien las toallas.

I did like the location and the terrance in 27th floor I didn´t like that you have to ask to get the room clean, we did ask twice, just to clean not change towels or sheets, but for some reason they never understood

Es un excelente hotel, sólo que el aseo a las habitaciones no es de manera diaria, sin embargo, es muy recomendable porque permite trasladarse a pie o en trasnsporte a muchas zonas de la ciudad

Hotel accesible, los cuartos son pequeños pero cómodos. Lo necesario para un viaje de trabajo o para sólo dormir. No tiene nevera en el cuarto, hay fuentes de agua y botellas vacias para llenarlas y llevarlas contigo.

I was fascinated by everything that the Hotel offers at a very affordable price, the views were too beautiful, my room had a view of the Chrysler Building, terrace with exquisite views, free coffee dispenser all the time, the best thing is that you have a water dispenser with bottles for you to serve all the water you want.

This is a well located hotel in midtown Manhattan, it is 5 minute by walking from the Grand Central Station, it has a Terrance at 27th. Floor just spectacular. Free coffee and water that counts. The room is good, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. This is a great option to stay in Manhattan

Solía ser una gran opción. Ya no lo es.
No les gusta hacer la limpieza: sólo la hacen bajo pedido y después de las 4 PM. Tuve que pedir 3 secadoras de pelo porque ninguna servía. Algunos del staff no son amables. Su servicio al huésped por SMS responde pero nunca atendieron mis solicitudes: nunca llegó una toalla extra, bueno, ni siquiera una cuchara.

A good option. Noisy at night though
Well placed, practical and modern. A good option. There is a building being renovated next door and nuisance all night, but it is the price to pay to be at Central Station. No restaurant.

Recomendado ampliamente!
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de la gran central, eso ya es una gran ventaja para poderte mover con libertad, las habitaciones están ok, nosotros las usamos solo para llegar a dormir, un punto a favor es el lounge que está en el piso 27 con café todo el día, y la máquina para rellenar agua en todos los pisos para antes de que salgas a pasear te prepares.

Hotel correcto, buena ubicación. Argumentan que por Covid no dan servicio de limpieza en la habitación recién hasta el quinto día. La atención de recepción es muy mala, Ulla señora que es responsable de la recepción de mal humor y poco dispuesta a ayudar.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, no tiene caja de seguridad en la habitación, tiene una linda terraza con una buena maquina para distintos tipos de cafe y agua para servirte en todo momento. La atención de algunas recepcionistas fue bastante antipatico a pesar de que no habia mucha gente, solo se preocuparon por tener una buena imagen pero la atención dejo mucho que desear.

Establecimiento muy bien ubicado, a buen precio, con un staff muy amabla y con excelente disposición. Algunas áreas de oportunidad: estar más atentos a peticiones de clientes (pedimos renovar toalla y solo nos trajeron una cuando éramos dos, y era imposible comunicarse a recepción, había que acudir presencialmente); renovar aire acondicionado/climatización - en algún momento empezó a oler a quemado.

Bueno la verdad no se como logro 8.8 en puntaje es un hotel que no tiene lobby no hay servicio a la habitacion no es malo solo que es in hotel como para llegar solo o negocio no tiene restaurante no tiene casi nada a pesar de una terraza que esta muy bien es lo que medio lo destaca la verdad no regresaria a ese hotel su precio se consigue muchas mejores oportunidades

The parking could be closer to the hotel and the place before the entrance to the hotel where you can park your car for a couple of minutes to take out the baggage is occupied all the time by cars connected to the hotel, so the guests don't have a place to leave a car for a few minutes.

The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
