Guys don’t go there bed sheets and pillow smells bad as well stains everywhere towels in bathroom is filthy and dirty don’t go pay little bit more and stay healthy

Muy mala! fue una experiencia muy desagradable pedí un cuarto para no fumadores y el cuarto olía muchos cigarrillo, pedí que lo limpiaran por que el baño estava sucio,pedí toallas limpias y nunca me las llevaron.

Si llegas más tarde de las 12 pm no te dejan hacer el check in. Mi vuelo se retrasó, envié un mensaje a través de hoteles.com, y tuve “suerte” de que me atendieran y me diesen una habitación La ducha estaba rota. Hemos llamado y han venido a arreglarla. Aún así, el agua no filtraba y se quedaba estancada. Mucho ruido, se oye absolutamente todo. No se puede descansar, aunque la cama es cómoda. Lo venden como hotel de aeropuerto, pero no tienen transfers.

The location is soooooo convenient, and you have everything you need in the room. Everything was clean, and you can easily go to the airport or to the subway station. I highly recommend this hotel. The beds were also very comfortable

I was really disappointed. Its was my first time I stayed at this hotel. Paying a full price for a 4 star hotel ,it was very disappointing. They dont serve breakfast, charge separately for parking and on the top of that the room didn't have a coffeemaker nor any hot beverage provided,what most all hotels do, and not even the regular body lotion or shampoo. Even the TV is not playing normally. The fact that I gave a 3 star is because of the cleanliness. Its my first and last time.

The beds are old and dirty made noise at your every move , room are full with smoke sent , not refreshing, customer service sucks , key card issues every time you try to use it and the list goes on

smoking smell in the room, parking lot need to pay 25 dollar; and Expedia charge me $180 already for the reservation, but the hotel fee per night is $129. It doesn’t make sense at all

Blood on the sheets, music blaring all night, and there was no gym even though one was advertised. At least the front desk staff were nice.

First, the hotel is advertised on Expedia as having a "shuttle" to the JFK airport ... I called to make sure, and they told me that Yes, they have a shuttle... I arrived at the hotel, and I asked again the front lady about the shuttle, and she said "Yes" and to call her desk in the morning 5 minutes in advance to get the shuttle ... When I came downstairs, I asked for the shuttle, and the young man said to me that they never had a shuttle... I asked for the manager, and he told me that the manager is asleep ... So ... $40 more for a 4 mile drive by taking a taxi!

Loved my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel with great service. They have smart tvs which came in handy. I highly recommend the bar, great service and the bartender was nice if I had cash she would’ve got a 20 dollar tip from me👏 I’ll surely be visiting again

People were in and out talking loud. The room next to us had a family, making noise from the time they got up to when they go to sleep. Children banging the doors. The club on the rooftop on Saturday was making so much noise the rooms vibrated. Saturday night people fighting and kicking doors. Don’t recommend this place if u want a peaceful vacation
