Even when the rooms are small, everything about our stay was great. Especially the staff. We arrived on a very cold winter day and the front desk staff did everything to help us with the early check in.

We liked the solita soho hotel a lot. We stayed at it from December 5 to December 12. First of all we like it because of the location it is in; We had nearby Starbucks, several food options, little italy, 5th avenue and some other stores. We saw the place very neat and clean. the room just with what is necessary. The hotel staff from the first day we arrived was very friendly and helpful to us. Even on one occasion at night they helped us order express food from the hotel. All the people who work at the hotel gave us excellent service as well as excellent hospitality. We are very grateful to them and we hope to stay at that hotel again.

El hotel en sí no esta mal, buena zona, hotel basico, camas comodas y todo limpio. Sin embargo el servicio que ha ofrecido Hotels.com cuando he necesitado contactar con el hotel tras la estancia ha sido pesimo.

La cama cómoda y limpio pero un lugar q necesita colorido y cariño! Pequeño y triste, muy caro por el servicio parare un motel de 2 estrella pero limpio! no hay nada q hacer alli. El vecindario bueno cerca de little italy. Ya no confio en Hotels.com pues pague demasiado por un motel!!

Me gustó que estuviera limpio y moderno, me encantó que nos hayan dado una habitación en el piso 12, la vista era magnífica. La limpieza debería ser más cuidadosa, debajo de las camas estaba muy sucio. Un día no limpiaron la habitación, lo reporté y el día siguiente se hizo.

bien ubicado. la habitación pequena. quise quedarme otra noche mas y estaba sold out, pero el precio de esa noche se duplicaba, un exceso. lo demás bien, un hotelito pequeñito, en una buena ubicación, casi llegando a chinatown pero caminas dos bloques y estas en el centro de soho.

the hotel staff's customer service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and they brought our request in less than 5 min. the hotel was very clean. didn't see any bugs. i see the staff cleaning every day. As far as the room goes. I was very tight and small for 4 people but cozy enough for 2 individuals. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Yes, I definitely will but if you are looking for a bigger room then I wouldn't. We enjoyed our stay. there was always somebody at the front desk and they were all friendly. i would give this hotel 4 out of 5 star. the hotel is conveniently close to little Italy and china town. plenty of shops and dining in the area. I would stay here again when we come back to New York

Floors were not super clean, there were long black hairs on the shower curtain and towels, stains on the sheets and on our first night I killed a very large spider on the headboard….. it was only ok.

I’ve said this in other reviews, but there’s no reason to pay $500 per night in Manhattan. I’m not there for the hotel; I’m there for Manhattan. Having said that, this place gave us everything we wanted for the price: a comfortable bed, a hot shower, a clean room, and fantastic access to the rest of the city. The staff was delightful. The space was quirky and lovely. It might be a little tight for a family with kids, but for a couple traveling the single queen room was perfect. It’s truly an exemplar of what a traveler’s hotel in the city can be. Make sure to visit the Landmark Coffee and Pancake Diner across the street. The owner was a fresh dose of maternal loving we needed before traveling again. The area is imminently walkable with Chinatown, NoHo, SoHo, and Tribeca all within reach. Washington Square isn’t far. There are multiple train stops around for heading up to the park or into BK. It’s a choice stay. Remember, always be nice to staff!
