Es la primera vez que uso Expedía y creo que será la última mis vacaciones quedaron arruinadas y me costo más, por las siguientes razones, yo reserve este hotel por que en las fotos que muestran tenía piscina pero no decía que estaba cerrada de manera permanente, me enteré cuando llegue al hotel cuando vi su letrero en recepción, según mi reverbs tenía que costar $176.33 por noche en lugar de eso me cobraron 202.12 por noche además tenían cucarachas caminando sobre mi cama mientras dormía y en su pequeña cocina, otra razón más para terminar mis vacaciones y regresar a casa, algo muy decepcionante para mis hijos que esperaron para ese día, para compensarlos, les dije que los llevare a la plata para julio 22 hasta julio 24 algo que me costará mucho más en resumen arruinaron mis vacaciones

El hotel está bien, pero la habitación que nos dieron olía tan mal , que nos cambiaron a otra con el mismo olor, nos dimos cuenta que habían personas con perros asumiendo que esa era la razón pero al final nos acomodaron en otro piso otra habitación la cual estaba mucho mejor!! Pero en si el hotel está lindo la habitaciónes amplias y tiene todo lo necesario especialmente si vas con bebés 👍😊

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this hotel. First they gave us a room which swelled like someone vomited in it so had to change rooms. The new room smelled ok but the beds were disgusting and we felt like something was crawling on us and was itchy the whole night ,there was not enough bedding for the pull-out bed and the bedsheets smelled like body odur. Could not sleep a wink. Please stay away if you have a kids.

It is a very nice and clean hotel. The only issue was the bed gave both of us backaches and the pillows are hard and not fluffy. Other than that our stay was perfect.
