The 1 thing that I liked is that the Housekeepers obviously did the best they could do to present the room. However, upon my return Thursday evening I saw that there were various pitbulls upon the property. I called the office and was told that it is a pet friendly environment. If I had known this; I would have never reserved a room. I do not believe that pitbulls should be at a Hotel. I could also see that people are living there on a consistent basis. There are drug atticks and all sorts of trouble makers residing at this property. It was absolutely horrible. I will not be returning and I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

First, the front desk lady lied and told me that the only room they had available was suites just so I pay more for my stay. When I told her that Expedia says that there were more single bedrooms she said “oh “ would you know I booked a room that was available that wasn’t a suite and paid much less by using Expedia. The place is run down terribly. You sure as hell won’t feel save and they know this. I actually did not even stay the full night. I didn’t feel save, the room and bathroom was disgusting! I did not even sit on the bed. I sat in the chair and made other arrangements. I would not recommend this place unless it is your absolute last, last, last option. Like sleeping outside didn’t work for u option.

The room wasnt clean and moped and the bedsheet was dirty as well. On request they didnt have empty rooms and bed sheets at first but later they said theyll bring the sheet from another clean room…. They did but it was dirty as well. But i was wondering how did they get that sheet from an empty room since there were no empty rooms according to them.

I tried to stay another night and was told I wasn’t allowed. It was my very first time staying at a red roof and didn’t appreciate that. I left the room nice and clean. When I checked in there was a problem but the young lady that was there was very nice. The morning after the lady was very ignorant

I took a chance, but trust me DO NOT take a chance on bed bugs. Less than an hour in, we were covered in bites. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Unsanitary, unkept, unsafe. Even worried about leaving our car parked outside.

Don’t stay here if you don’t want cops called
Stayed off and on for a couple weeks while my husband traveled for work. Room wasn’t bad but people outside screaming cops everywhere the front desk scans your license into a database and calls the police if they find anything how can they do that isn’t it against privacy laws. Constantly accused my husband of smoking in the room when he didn’t and of us cooking in the room when THEY provide a microwave. Was told we couldn’t have excess luggage which we didn’t a couple bags and why should it matter how much luggage we have if it’s confined to our private room. We were on the bottom floor and had constant running of kids in the hallway and in room above us which I do understand some noise but sounded like they were ready to come through the ceiling.

Didn't even stay the whole night. Our building was #4 which was hard to find, and the "pathway" to rhe entrance was between two buidlings whoch had no lighting. My husband and i were with our two young children and everyone we came across was sketchy (peering out of windows, pointing to us from down the street, people congregating on the stairs and whispering). Wven during check in, the clerk was telling me about some lady who kept bothering everyone who walked by. The showers were rusty and the fridge was not clean. We stayed long enough to grab a quick shower and leave to find another hotel Total waste of money!!
