Everythin fine. We live in Spain and we would have liked the 24 h Spanish TV. Instead, we saw a lot of Italian channels as if there were a lot of Italians around

This is a hotel with standard facilities in its class. However, I found shower hose to be broken as well as the drain completely blocked - unsure how this was not spotted by room service. Did they clean the shower area and tested the shower?? It was too late to change the room at the point I found out about this so very inconvenient. The staff were pleasant but miss a little bit of hotel etiquette one expects at a hotel of this type. The WiFi is poor and requires handing over personal details to a third party. Shady local characters in and around lobby/entrance - this does not inspire confidence. Perhaps invest in security? The hotel does have a car park.

Good hotel, a few niggles (no shower gel, TV remote didn't work) but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The process from checking in to finding the room, the comfort of the bed and checking out at the end, there was no issues, we got given fresh new towels while we was out in the city center when the cleaners did a mid stay clean.

A very friendly hotel near the Millennium Bridge. Rooms were comfortable and warm. Good value for money.

Very clean. Super comfy bed and bedding. Short walk to Quayside. Long walk to Central Station or Newcastle centre. Great location for Gateshead International Stadium. Great staff.

Lovely staff, very comfortable
The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable nice big bed, lovely and dark so a good night’s sleep. Bathroom is v nice, good shower, fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful.

Great stay
Overnight stay while visiting the Glasshouse. Huge room. Quick easy check in. Decent breakfast with super friendly staff. Warm, quiet room.

Even though the property starting to show it's age, we still like here. The hotel is conveniently located on the quayside and the staff here are excellent.

Pleasant stay
I stayed at the botel for 3 nights and the housekeeping were on point. They asked me the first and second night if there were anything extra I needed. The checkin went smooth as well. The room was also okay. The only issue is the bathroom which doesn't have proper airing system making the entire bathroom steamy.
