A very pleasant surprise as I knew this hotel was build many years ago. But it has been renovated and is clean, bright, and comfortable. Great value.

When young girls outside our room were making a ruckus, a simple call to the front desk and they kindly came and asked the girls to be quiet. It was appreciated that both parties were approached and taken care of kindly.

Older style motel. Very dated but fairly clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. This hotel is overpriced though. Other hotels with similar rates are newer, cleaner and have more amenities

The hotel was nice and quiet. Lady at the desk at check in was awesome. However when i went to check out, the lady at the counter was not paying attention to what was being said at all. I asked for housekeeping to be done during my business stay and no housekeeping was done. Not impressed

There were 5 people ahead of me to check in amd it took me 25 minutes to get to the counter. There needs to be 2 people at the front desk during busy times.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. A decent breakfast. The low rating is over the dust in the building. While surfaces were clean, the vents were visibly covered in dust. After two nights my eyes were very red, swollen and sore. I was unable to sleep because I became so congested. - this cleared up each day after being out of the building. Other people from my group noted the same thing. It is unfortunate as this hotel is four or five star rating in all other ways. Perhaps a good duct and ventilation cleaning could remedy this.
