“This is our 3rd time staying at the Villa, first time through VRBO. We love this resort. The only down side is that the Marriott said we had to check out at 10 when VRBO listing said 11. I asked for a late check out - they would not let us, I asked for 11 check out as listed. they would not. They did offer to hold our bags and grant access to the property. We will stay here again.”

We took the bikes along the beach front to the end of the peninsula and had a great time exploring the beach. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on the hide a bed that had a mattress topper and said it was also very comfy. “Loved our stay! Everything worked as advertised. Very clean with the exception of the floors, could have used a better mopping. Garage is tight if you have bigger vehicles, but we could park on the pad of the garage and also found parking on the street. Would definitely stay again, hopefully longer next time.”

“Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.”

“This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have one adult son who stayed with us in the downstairs ensuite and we had the upstairs ensuite. Having the extra parking for when visitors came by was ideal and enjoyed a game of bocce in the park adjacent to the rental. Short walk to the beach. If we come again we will stay here again.”
