Grupo Marriot ha tomado el pretexto desde la pandemia del Covid de no hacer una limpieza completa a las habitaciones. Tenía sentido en momentos de restricciones sociales, no en este tiempo que todos los lugares están completamente llenos sin cuidar el distanciamiento social. Es simplemente una estrategia para reducir sus costos a costa de la calidad de su servicio y del confort de sus huéspedes. Decepcionante.

The view is amazing is the only thing that value but the hotel is overvalued and the interior of the rooms are ugly. The AC didn't stop of noise during all night and the customer service treats people as we are not paying. Im really disappointed

Excelente servicio y muy cómodo el hotel, todo cerca y muy bonita la vista. Alquile un cuarto que solo especificaba vista, si quieren vista a las cataratas, estén seguros que diga a las cataratas, sino, es hacia la ciudad. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda.

El primer dia me asignaron un cuerto con vista a las cataratas pero era en el 3er piso, lo cual apenas se alcanzaban a ver, llame a la recepcion y amablemente me cambiaron de cuarto hasta el piso 18, la vista fue espectacular y disfrutamos mucho el tiempo en este hotel. muy amables todos.

Excelente reducimiento todo muy rápido la atención en el desayuno muy buena y e tambien la variedad en el desayuno todo de muy buena calidad y excelentes precios

El personal fue muy atento y agradable.
El aire del cuarto se daño y no pudieron venir a repararlo porque ya no había nadie de mantenimiento disponible.

Servicio de limpieza de habitación a mejorar, a la llegada a la habitación se encontró que la habitación no estaba completamente limpia. Se solicitó el servicio de limpieza a la habitación durante la estancia y no fue realizado. Cantidad de toallas insuficientes.
