Nos dieron mal la información, al parecer no todos los empleados tienen la misma informacion en cuestion a fechas de eventos del hotel, una persona nos dijo q al dia siguiente habia un evento y al dia siguiente otra persona nos dijo que no que el evebto volveria a estar el juevea, justo un dia despues de mi reservacion, nos perdimos el evento debido a eso.

Excelente vista, pero solo funcionaban 2 elevadores de 6. Mi esposa e hijos tuvieron que subir 8 pisos a pie. En los 2 días que estuvimos ahí lo más que hubo problemas con los elevadores. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente.

El plus del hotel es la vista privilegiada a las Cataratas de Niágara; sin embargo, después de haberme hospedado en varios Sheratons, este tiene un servicio de personal bastante deficiente. Desde que hicimos la reserva pedimos una cama adicional y la llevaron hasta la 1 de la mañana. Los pasillos que llevaban a las habitaciones estaban con basura y no recogían los platos sucios del room service que dejaban en el piso. Llamábamos en diversas ocasiones a la extensión de atención a huéspedes para ver lo de la cama y un problema de filtración de agua y no respondían. El servicio de los meseros en el restaurante Fallsview es deficiente, ya que no recogen los platos del buffette utilizados si no se los solicitas ni tampoco se ocupan de supervisar si los pisos están sucios por comida o bebida. Lo mas interesante es que cuando les comentabas a los diversos trabajadores de las deficiencias advertidas, todos contestan que se debe a que tienen mucho trabajo porque hay muchos visitantes por las vacaciones. La verdad es que la relaciòn calidad-precio deja que desear.

el personal es sumamente amable, y las instalaciones estaban bastante bien. A los alrededores todo se siente tranquilo, no da ni tiempo de usar las instalaciones. Vale la pena pagar un poco más por una buena habitación.
