Hotel excelente! Instalaciones limpias y acogedoras, en el centro de Niza. Personal muy atento y agradable! Si vuelvo a Niza, repetiré en este hotel!

Service et acceuil extra. Les membre du staff sont très gentils et acceuillantsz et très professionels. Chambre double de taille moyen avec deux fenêtres avec ce qu’il faut. Machine a café. La salle de bains propre et bien agencé. Hotel petit et bien placé, très comfortable pour travailler

Staff was above and beyond our expectations. Room and bathroom were both great size for 2 and very clean. Would recommend to anyone staying in Nice.

Our stay was very nice. Our room and the hotel was really clean. the staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good with many options to eat. They also upgraded us to a superior room which was a plus for us because it was a nice gesture.

Lovely little boutique hotel just a 5 minute walk to both Promenade des Anglais and the Alsace-Lorraine tram station. The staff are multilingual and very friendly :) The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of personality. The optional breakfast buffet was also good! My only small gripe is about the design of the bathroom. It’s big but there’s no closed shower or tub. It’s open with a shower head and just a shower curtain, so everything gets absolutely wet and slippery when you shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

Did what we needed it too.
Hotel staff were friendly, and we could check in 10mins early which was great, the room was smaller than expected (those wide angled cameras are sneaky) and the room had an initial strange smell, but that seemed to go. The room was very clean as was the shower. The mattress was very hard, which was fine for my but my Husband really struggled. Breakfast was ok as it was included, if I’d paid extra I would have been disappointed we got up late ish 9 and there was nothing available from the hot food counter and the pastry’s were limited. Second day was better as up for 8am - the breakfast was open till 11 so no idea what was left for those people. Honesty bar good Location great. Over all we enjoyed our time but would seek other hotels due to bed comfort.

We stayed here for 5 days and found it good value for a short break in Nice. It is close to a street of shops and restaurants that then leads on to the Old Town. The staff of this hotel are all helpful, friendly and they speak excellent English. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower. Breakfast is unusually generous for a French hotel with items like scrambled eggs, sausages and a cake of the day. We had free glass of wine with our booking and we enjoyed this in the cosy reception area

The hotel is very close the water front, like 2 small blocks. It is close to the trans and some bus station, which you can get to the old town quite easily. The hotel is not big, a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The staffs were nice and friendly, they even recommended some sight seeing tips. There is a small by charm terrace, which guests can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee.

Lämminhenkinen tunnelma, hyvä neuvonta respassa, hyvä aamupala, huone hyvä, wc-pöntön kansi ei pysynyt paikoillaan ts. sen voisi korjauttaa pikimmiten, suihkun aikana /jälkeen vesi ohjautui lattialle ts. suihkualtaan koroke aivan liian matala. Hotellilla hyvä sijainti. Äänieristys ikkunoissa ei pohjoismaista luokkaa eli äänet kuuluivat yöllä välillä aika kovaa, mutta sai kyllä nukuttua🙂 Tulisin toistekin, jos wc-pytty kunnossa😅

Really enjoyable stay - good boutique hotel in a really convenient area for dining and a short walk to the Metro and city centre whilst just 2 mins from the beach. The hotel staff are really friendly and offered great personal service

Excellent boutique hotel centrally located right behind the Negresco, 1 block from the Promenade des Anglais. Easily accessible via the Alsace-Lorrain tram station (direct from Nice airport). Pedestrian area, lots of places to visit on foot. Fromagerie, Boucherie and Brasserie right next to the hotel. Wonderful, local restaurants to the left of the hotel (if you're standing in front) or multiple options to the right in the pedestrian area. Very accommodating staff, clean, friendly. We found the room a bit small for 3 people but we know space is limited in a large city and were able to navigate the space. Noise cancelling windows made for a quiet night's sleep despite being in a high traffic area. Excellent stay - recommend for families!

Nice place to stay, but not large for families.
Short walk to the beach and shops. They wash your clothes overnight for a few, if needed. Pleasant service. Tiny rooms with no door on one end of the shower.

I really liked the staff. They must be the only nice people in Nice!! The breakfast was also great. Property on the other hand, had a really bad smell and shower was clogged.

Dejligt hotel, GOD morgenmad
Dejligt lille hyggeligt hotel. Rigelig, og GOD morgenmad, og friskpresset juice. Værelse til den lille side, men fungerer fint. Nyere badeværelse og meget rent. Personalet super venlige og hjælpsomme. Ligger 2 minutters gang fra promenaden/vandet og i gå afstand til centrum. Alt i alt et hotel vi anbefaler.

Safe property, cute, unique boutique hotel across the street from the Musee Massena. Service was efficient and friendly, room was comfortable. Best part was the 2nd floor terrace, and the butcher, patisserie, and cheese shop all next door :) would recommend!

Mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Städningen något ojämn, men hjälpsam personal som gärna åtgärdar det man ber om. Särskilt positivt att frukosten anpassades till en allergi. Sköna sängar.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to many attractions. Staff were very good and courteous. We had breakfast included and it was well worth it. Hotel was very clean and the bedding provided was very comfortable and provided restful nights.

Hotel du France is very clean, towels changed daily. Option of breakfast, staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants, shops and beach all within minutes walking distance. We would stay there again

Horrible internet
They do not have working INTERNET which makes it so inconvenient. The internet goes out every five minutes. Staff is nice and accommodating but it’s not a viable hotel if you can’t have basic functions met.

Hotel with a very good location just a couple of 100 m from the beach and a short walk to city and restaurants. We payed for breakfast buffet and unfortunatelly it was not so good. The coffee was ice cold and there was allmost no bread. The room was ok with comfy bed and nice bathroom

Do not be fooled by the ratings of 9, this is at best a 3 star motel not a hotel. The rooms do not look anything like the photos, the room we had was full of flying bugs similar to fruit flies but larger and there were plenty of mosquitoes inside, it had a wet musty smell and if you turned down the air conditioning the smell would make you want to throw up. Some of the rooms are outside with doors like a motel they still use keys so if you take the second key they can’t service your room. For the price we paid it should have been a hotel we were fooled by the ratings .

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Excellent staff, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful; someone at lobby desk 24 hours a day; location is 1 block from ocean and walking distance from everything. Delicious daily breakfast. We would return and stay again.
