The room has indeed sheer curtains, but not only; all of our rooms are equipped of an electric rolling shutter, that you can control with a button by the window or bed.Thanks to your comment about the smell, we made it checked out and a water leak from above the room was found. Our plumber had it taking care of the following day.I invite you to speak with our staff next time, they are here to help and provide the best service as possible. Best,

Hello, First of all thank you for taking the time to write a comment. We are very sorry your stay at our hotel did not reach your expectations. Indeed, our double standard rooms (the category you chose to reserve on hotel.com) leads to the courtyard, as it is explained in the description of the room. For another view, It was possible to reserve a Superior leading to the Horse racetrack, or a privilege or Junior Suite for a sea view. The center of Nice is 20min away by car from the hotel, or 17min ride from the Cagnes sur Mer train station (which is 10min away from the hotel by walk).Due to a recent take over of the establishment, we are planning of uploading most recent and better quality pictures.Best,

Sir,It is true that the minibar did not work during your 1 night stay.However, we value the cleanliness of our facility and it is absolutely false to say that there could be bedbugs.You and your crying baby could sleep in new bedding and an air-conditioned room with terrace.We are sorry that none of this could give you any other feeling than the breakdown of the minibar.We hope, however, that you will be able to stay at our establishment again to take full advantage of our services.Best Regards
