Excelente hotel, la limpieza, servicio al cliente, ubicación a pesar de no estar tan cerca de la playa Miramar aprox 20 minutos pero a pesar de ello me gustó mucho el hotel, y en comparación a otros hoteles el desayuno bastante rico.

Over the past few years, I've had a string of disappointing stays at various Hilton properties in this midscale segment, but this property was exemplary. The property was clean, well-maintained, the furniture and linens were in excellent condition, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast area was well-stocked and organized. The breakfast attendant could give a masterclass on being fastidious! Honestly, the property was run so well and the staff were so kind and responsive, that it's almost like it's run with the same military precision as the nearby Elgin Air Force Base. I will absolutely recommend the property to others and plan to stay there on my next family visit.

loved it
Super sweet Karolina...hotel was clean and the pillows are super soft which I love. The shampoo and conditioner and lotions were good quality. Everything was just great. Breakfast Saturday was great...not so fond of the omelets on Sunday but overall just a great stay. The front desk girls were so very kind.

Had a terrible stay there. There was a weird smell in the room and when we reached out to staff, no actions were taken. Pool was dirty. Breakfast tables were sticky and stinky. I wish I could have chosen another place and not waste my money here. I left the hotel one day before due to these issues even if I had paid already. Never choosing Hampton Inn again.

EXCELLENT VACAY!
Amazing stay! Margo and Karolin were SO helpful with all of our questions. EXCELLENT service from both of them! They both went above and beyound! Housekeeping staff were EXCELLENT! We did not have them clean our room every day (because we were hardly in it), but they were always there if I needed new towels, wash clothes. And other necessities! EXCELLENT stay!

The staff at your hotel are literally the nicest people I have ever come across, Kindness is contagious and you have a major outbreak of it at your hotel in Niceville. Oh wait maybe it's the whole town!! NICE!!!

The property was clean, quiet, and in close proximity to airport and surrounding beaches. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. Niceville is a beautiful town.

The room was clean but thr carpet felt sticky. The staff was really nice, specially the lady at the breakfast bar. She was really nice an attentive. Overall a good experience.

We felt so welcomed. We traveled for a funeral and Karolyn always checked in on us and took the time to make sure we were ok. 5 star stay! We will be staying here on our next trip!

I liked everything except the room beds. I booked 2 queen beds and the room had full beds. The hotel manager said that Expedia sent the hotel incorrect information. The manager was friendly and helpful

Clean rooms, excellent service, and a very solid breakfast setup. The fitness center was easy to use and had everything I needed to stay active while in town. Would definitely stay here again!
