Nice friendly helpful staff, not the best view from our lodge it was sugar cane field and a petrol station. Sofa beds aren’t great it was like sleeping on the floor.

Happy Guest
I truly enjoyed my experience at the lodge. It is the perfect getaway as you're close to Malelane Gate. It's also very clean and tidy. The self-catering is a wonderful option, but there is also a restaurant when you don't feel like cooking. The spa is absolutely amazing with the friendliest staff working there.

The stay was great but need to fix the shower became it leaks and leaves the bathroom messy and with lots of water.

Family Vacation
Sketchy internet and no hot water on arrival was not ideal. Water was quickly fixed and apartment was comfortable. A good sleep and pleasant breakfast the next morning made for an overall enjoyable stay.

Will not use this accommodation again.
Point 1. Friday night party held in the restaurant. Extremely noisy and therefore had to eat outside in the cold weather. Party goers leaving venue at approx 10 pm were shouting drunkenly to one another. Point 2. Ordered a T-Bone steak from restaurant. Medium to rare. Served with a Medium to well done. Very tough. Point 3. Passing train noise on numerous occasions during the evening. Point 4. High power electrical cable strung across scenic damn - Unsightly. Point 5. Eskom power went off during early morning and back up generator startted up in container right next to D1 accommodation - Very noisy. Point 6. N4 road noise.

Frühe Abfahrt war kein Problem das Tor war offen.
Wir wussten nicht, das sich kein Restaurant in der Nähe befand, sonst hätten wir woanders gebucht. Zum Glück hatte es eine Kochnische, so haben wir uns selbst versorgt.

If it was closed or if you were told that it was closed, please advise me in order to take it up with the staff. We hope to see you with your next visit to South Africa.
