“The area was quiet, peaceful, and rated one of St. Louis' safest neighborhoods. Francis Park is only a block's walk away, which includes an on-site beer garden that is open daily, that also offers sandwiches and appetizers. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles. Though an older home, it was clean and met our expectations based on the description and photos. “Property is nice. Parking garage is horrible! Spaces are very tiny and people parked in our spot 2nd night. Arthur did quickly reimburse us for the amt we had to pay to park but it was annoying.”

“This unit did not have a dishwasher, although the instructions indicated “before leaving the unit, load the dishwasher…” we were not planning to wash dishes during this stay. We needed more blankets and we also didn’t realize the fireplace was wood burning. We had to buy wood; it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. The shower and tub dripped, the toilet ran nonstop, and the water actually had a bad smell. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and the grounds are beautiful!”

“This place was a very nice place to stay. It is pretty close to most attractions. I think it was only 10 minutes to the Zoo and Science Center. It is close to interstates and easy to get to and from the place. The neighborhood that it's in is a nice place with a bunch of little shops and such. I wish we had time to explore the area more. It is a clean place with updated finishes and appliances. I would definitely stay there again while in STL.”

“Had a wonderful weekend get away in St. Charlies. The house was so close to main street, but far enough away not to hear the noise. The house had everything and more! The water and snacks were a nice touch. Everything was very clean. Would stay here again.”

“The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great! ”
