Everything was good except not have enough housekeeping and that is the problem. Everything else was find the personnel was outstanding and the manager took care everything. The lady of housekeeping was old but good person and work very hard. Gracias por la estadía Dios les bendiga (God Bless)

The hotel was not good and was in state of disrepair. no facilities maintenance. there were chunks of the wall missing. there was no housekeeping only 1 day of 10 even though the service was requested on the front desk at least 4 times . No , No No recommended for children , infants and toddlers… No recommended for outsiders ( foreigners ). Discrimination is perceived. the hotel has no control of the visitors , no security as example people smoking on the halfway , room and common areas even thought the entire hotel is a non-smoking facility , blood smell, knob broken , light not working , air conditioning very dirty … also informed on the front desk but, no improvement. This hotel need to be inspected by salubrity. My rating for this hotel is poor , unpleasant… El hotel no era bueno y estaba en mal estado. sin mantenimiento de instalaciones. faltaban trozos de la pared. no hubo servicio de limpieza solo 1 día de 10 a pesar de que el servicio se solicitó en la recepción al menos 4 veces. No, No No recomendado para niños, bebés y niños pequeños… No recomendado para personas ajenas (extranjeros). Se percibe discriminación. el hotel no tiene control de los visitantes, no hay seguridad, por ejemplo, personas que fuman en la mitad del camino, la habitación y las áreas comunes, aunque todo el hotel es una instalación para no fumadores, olor a sangre, perilla rota, luz que no funciona, aire acondicionado muy sucio ... también informado en la recepción.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for missing the mark completely during your stay. We are currently in the process of renovations and hope you will return once completed. We are training and retrain our staff. Basically, we will be a new property by Spring.

I was apprehensive staying here at first after the reviews but I did not experience any negative aspects during my stay. Clean and cold room, convenient eateries right outside and a small drive away from Norfolk AND VA beach. Room was clean and staff cleaned..occasionally. The only thing barring a five star is the cleaning staff not taking out trash during my stay. They did however, swap out my towels so good enough for me.

This is a kid friendly hotel with lots of children and teens. Despite that, it was quiet after 10pm, with the exception of teens running down the hall at about 4:30 am. My room was clean and breakfast may have been good, however it is self serve and the kids dominated the area, it was not clean and the kids were allowed to make their own waffles. If you're looking for kid friendly, this is the place for you. If you desire something quieter and with decent continental breakfast, look elsewhere. I also smelled weed in the hallway. It’s cheap though!

It was alright . The elevator was a bit rundown & the pool had a lot of chemicals in it. Hotel room was alright. Everything seemed old .

Neighbor's were very loud and smoking (marijuana and cigarettes) even though the hotel is nonsmoking. Could smell it through the internal conjoining door. Asked to be moved but the hotel was completely booked up. Very convenient considering the location. My baby got sick on the bedding and when requested they bought up fresh linen and took away the dirty linen. Breakfast was okay.

I walked in to my room and it was so nasty. I asked for a rag and some cleaner to clean shower door that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Waited over 45mins and noone came after said they would. Went to front and asked for it again. Finally got something. Came back to clean then wondered why the heck am i doing this. Looked at walls they were nasty stuff all iver them. AC unit look like its never been cleaned. The remote was sticky snd nasty. Mirror looked like someone took old soap rag ans wiped it off. Took pictures of rags ac unit and shower door and walls. Forgot to get picture of inside shower. I wouldnt recommend staying there unless you just dont care about cleanliness. They wanted to switch my room there was no way i was staying there.

I chose this property because it looked nice and had a pool. But the entire time, the pool was down, when I spoke with the staff he said it would be up by the next day and it was not. The best part about my stay was the staff for breakfast. Would not recommend, would not stay again. Honestly I wanted to leave the next day.

The breakfast was the only thing not up to par. Orange juice taste like water, no apple juice and it was only pork sausages . I was expecting turkey sausages to be available

I didn't like the fact that during the time I was there. I had no phone room service. The phone didn't work? The toilet wasn't functional. It took 2 plumbers to get it correct and far. Is the breakfast that time in the morning? That area shouldn't have been dirty like it was. The bagels were hard the food and the hot trays were not hot at all

Everything was good, as far as cleanliness and it was quiet. My biggest concern is that my card was charged twice for the $100.00 fee. I asked about it, and the young lady at the desk assured me that when I checked out, everything would be good. I will be checking out shortly, so we’ll see. Also, when I checked in, I wasn’t told anything about breakfast, the time, nothing. I do believe that people have forgotten the meaning of customer service.
