“Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!”

“We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!”

“The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.”

“This is our second visit to the property and it was stellar as usual. Ray is a fantastic host with excellent communication. The house is huge and secluded with a wonderful screen porch that puts you right in the woods. It's very quiet with no neighbors nearby. With a grill on the lower patio and a nice firepit, this is a great place to get away. Inside everything is super clean. The kitchen is big and well stocked with everything you need. “The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away.”

"Es una propiedad esta muy bien ubicada, silenciosa, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cama cómoda, tiene caja de seguridad de buen tamaño. Lo único malo es que no incluyen el Wifi en las habitaciones y que me cargaron los extras de la habitación sin antes preguntar si se pagaría con esa tarjeta u otro método de pago, el cual yo haria en efectivo. "
