“On a very busy road with a railway line 50mtrs from our room, trains running from 4.15 am. Friend,y staff and v clean..suited our requirements.”

“Location is good in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access but you do have to climb a few stairs. Unit was not clean with hair everywhere. Bathroom has mold and peeling paint. Kitchen has everything you need if you only need it for 4 people. Was not worth the price.”

“The parking arrangements need clarification to avoid the embarrassment of parking in a regular resident's spot. It is not very well lit at night and the long and narrow driveway with cars on either side makes it difficult to do a three point turn or reverse safely. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be more powerful to prevent a quick build up of steam and damp which drips off the walls of the apartment. Im told this could be a common issue in the neighbourhood.”

“Enjoyed being on the quiet side of the harbour, ferry stop on the doorstep so could head over to the city at our leisure then retreat when we had enough of the hustle & bustle. The apartment was as expected from the details in the listing. A tiny oversight with a cleaning matter, but wouldn't deter me from staying here again.”

“Well maintained property in an ideal location in Balmoral which we are very familiar with. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to talk to the host but the only concern was the difficulty of getting heavy cases to and from the property up and down steps and stepping stones.”

“Property was great for a week long stay when I had to come into the office. Close enough to the CBD that I could commute in to work easily but in a lovely area with great restaurants, cafes and beaches so was great to explore during time off.”

“The property is conveniently located near a bus stop and train station and a short walk to the shops. Security is good. The property could have been cleaner. It is a bit noisy as quite close to a very busy road. A couple of the taps were leaking but this was attended to by the manager. Overall it is comfortable.”

“Clean unit with a good view but noisy near motorway and basic bed. The initial key pick up in Cremorne was a long way away and difficult at night in the dark”

“How soon can we go back?? Everything was truly spectacular. The apartment was perfect. The view from our apartment could mesmerize you for hours. The walking path,ferry,sitting on the benches enjoying dinner and, a glass of wine was by far amazing. Jenny is truly an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. “El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en un suburbio muy agradable y con fácil acceso al centro de Sydney (tren y bus). A 400 metros de un shopping y en un área donde había muchos restaurantes. El departamento era agradable. Sus camas eran razonablemente cómodas. Solo no estuvimos conforme con la limpieza. El 1 de Enero no tuvimos servicio de limpieza (y es lógico porque en Sydney estaba todo cerrado) pero el 2 de Enero si bien encontramos las camas hechas, el baño no fue limpiado adecuadamente.”
