Sorry about that Wendy, that is not on, bedrooms are for sleeping and relaxing, no parties or raised voices in these areas. I wills peak with the managers again, if noise persists, we have no choice but to ask them to leave.

Thank you for your feedback Stacey, i am very sorry aspects of your stay were below expectations. The pool and spa being cold is an odd one, they needs to be above 30 degree's, it is noticeable if they are not and i will check the temperature today. The hotel does have parties but the expectations is that this will not effect guests who are not attending, this is something i will address with the events team today. Guest arguing in the corridor is not something we tolerate, there is numerous signs asking guest to mind the noise levels. The rooms are for rest and relaxation, it is not somewhere to argue or have robust conversations.

I am very sorry for the shortfalls in out service levels. This has been addressed with the hotel management team this morning, with some robust questions being asked how we could have failed so badly, this is not normal and we are most apologetic this happened to you.
