El estilo antiguo y lo bien situada que está. Precio muy accesible. Cuartos muy bien. Faltó un poco de limpieza en el cuarto (polvo en el piso).

Hi July, We are disappointed to see that your stay did not go as well as it should have. The property is an historic building and all of our rooms are different sizes because they are as they were originally designed. We do offer daily housekeeping service, however, sheets are not changed daily. We offer sheet changes every 2-3 days or upon guest(s) request, which is standard practice for most hotels. Thank you for staying with us.

Me encanto que tiene el estilo clasico de las construcciones del lugar, con galerias y balcones. No tiene servicios como gimnasio, pero hay un parque cerca donde se puede hacer ejercicio. Las habitaciones son un poco reducidas, pero hay sillas y mesas afuera de las habitaciones.

La verdad que fueron dos noches geniales en este hotel. Calidas atenciones de los empleados, muy bien situado, en el mismo corazom de Friends quarter. Podrían mejorar el tema de incluir el desayuno. Habitación muy comoda.

Loved it here. Had some issues with the shower and the air but the staff accommodated us immediately. It was a great stay.

loved staying here, the staff was very nice and gave good recommendations and the room was comfy and clean. the french quarter staples were all within walking distance :)

Such a great place, loved the spacious 2 bedroom. Very nice and clean and close to everything. Will stay again when we are back in town. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The room was just redone and nice. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite the T/V in the main room did not work the A/C worked in the day ,but at night they went to 82 and could not be turned down we could not sleep for the heat. I told the desk clerk all he said was oh yea we had trouble with the A/C, got my no break not so much as i'm sorry. So stay at your own risk,I realy hate it I thought we found a place to every time we come over.

It was the most comfortable stay with the friendliest people. I’ve stayed with their anffiliate Inn on St Ann’s several times. Always a great stay, I think I may like St Peters even better. I will definetely be back.

Thank you for your feedback. We're reopening the property on St Ann in a couple days after renovations. Come visit us. The Marie Laveaux annex is gorgeous, as well as the courtyard.

Perfect place for our girls weekend. Spacious suite, well equipped, comfy beds, with awesome balcony for coffee and wine! Claude and the rest of the front desk went above and beyond for our every need. Location is super convenient for everything in the French Quarter but quiet at night. Nice bar right on the opposite corner, too.

I've stayed here before in a Suite, but I did not enjoy the basic 2 queen room. It was very small, dark, couldn't really move around. It didn't have a fridge or microwave. Also, the bathroom cabinet looked really worn down and unappealing. The other rooms seemed better, I would not book that room again. There was also a lot of knats flying around.

The suite was spacious and clean. It's perfect spot in the French Quarter . Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything is walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean. We stayed on the 2nd level so we got to enjoy their lovely balcony. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. i will definitely be staying at this hotel during my future visits to New Orleans!

There was no lobby, no front desk, no house phone in the room. The thermostats were not adjustable in the rooms so its was warm. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days, the staff does provide extras of things when requested. The issue is you run out of coffe right away and the garbage stacks up. Staff are behind a locked door you can onlyaccess from the street which does make one question their own safety.

No real coffee offered in this hotel. Room was never serviced once in the two days I was there. Stairs to rooms were unsafe to climb. Stairs had no Lighting. Hotel designed to be a self service property.

We do offer community coffee k cups in each room during your stay. We do state that rooms are only serviced every 3 days of your stay but front desk is more than happy to provide anything extra you may need.

We have recently renovated this property and have not been able to photograph the new look. All the furniture, linens, bedding, and amenities are brand new. We do apologize if our new look was not to your liking.

We parked about two blocks away in an open parking lot. There are signs all over the parking lot that will tell you how to pay. It’s a quick walk to the hotel from there. There are no security people around the lot but there are plenty of cameras. I wasn’t worried about my car. the property is awesome, looking forward to staying here again the next time I come.

As others have said, our room did not look like the room in the picture. Much more of a small inn with bare walls.

As we’ve stated before, this property is weeks out of being renovated and have not had a chance to photograph the new style of the rooms. Everything is brand new including furniture, linens, and bedding.

Being a first-time guest of New Orleans, I was a little skeptical of the area when we arrived after 10:30 p.m. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and kind. He helped us in any way we needed and made me feel more comfortable with the area. This property is in the middle of the French Quarter. So, if you are very conservative and traveling with small children, you may want to find something a little different. However, we did not have any issues other than loud partyers at 2 am waking me up with loud noises on the street. But the kids slept through it fine. The room was clean and plenty big enough for our family of 6. The bathroom was very clean and updated with toiletries provided. Overall, this was a good stay!

We reserved this property for my daughters 18th birthday to site see and go on tours, we were disappointed but the property was very clean, the room we rented was a nice size for 5 people. Unfortunately the was only one chair and a dining room table in the room. No mirrors only in the bathroom, no heat; we were cold the entire stay. The staff stated that they did not have any more heaters and the AC was for cooling purposes only. There was no where sit sit, the sofa was the third bed so we litterly had to stand and eat while in the room. Not to mention the room was absent a microwave and fridge. We asked the office staff for extra chair's, was told they had no extra chairs. There were coffee cups and coffee in the room but no coffee maker. None of the televisions worked, no cable. The WiFi was weak and we could not connect. We made the best of the situation. I was told the manger was giving us a discount, I have yet to see one since we litterly had nothing.

We want to apologize for some issues you experienced during your stay. As this is a newly renovated property we are still in the process of a few items needing to go into the rooms. We did have an issue with ac’s that weekend but everything is in working order now. I will be giving you compensation for your troubles!

Bad Experience
Parking was 5 blocks away. We could not control the temperature of the room and the room was about 78 degrees. One of the tv's did not work at all. Website said there would be a refrigerator and there was not. We had a lot of food that had to be thrown. Couldn't shower as the pipes sounded like a jackhammer. Windows were closed but large gaps in them made it sound like they were wide open. We heard everything and everyone coming off of bourbon street all night long. The deadbolt was just there for looks and did not work or lock at all. We prepaid for this room which was a mistake.
