“We were only here for a day, but we really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quite nice and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed all the art on the wall, all of which was made by the host. We even bought one! The view from the backyard was beautiful. We met the host, who was very, very friendly. It was great having covered parking for the night. All in all, we really enjoyed our short stay.”

“April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again.”

I love that the pictures in the listing showed a non keurig coffee machine because I knew I could bring my own preferred coffee for a just-like-home feeling both mornings. In the fridge there was yogurt, granola, milk, and coffee beans both reg and decaf that we could grind in their (provided) grinder. They also supplied a kraft of water. “Other than going in March when most vegetation is still dormant for winter, the property is nice. The host was amazing and we had everything we needed. It’s a great place for a quiet little get away. Having hot tub towels and separate shower towels would have been nice because of the Chlorine. But, we didn’t ask for them and I bet we would have gotten them. Next time I will! Thank you for a relaxing time!”

“Was the perfect location for visiting Old Town in Albuquerque. Very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, great coffee pods, good security and front door parking made for a perfect two night stay.”

“We booked this house for one night on Friday night to attend a meeting on Saturday morning here in town. We had things come up Friday and got a late start on the drive, we arrived Saturday morning to the house and only had time to shower and get out of the house for house keepers to come at 11am. The house cleaners had to wait a minute for my friend to load up our things. We barely made it to get shower and get out for house keepers to clean up. (Which was only the bathroom that needed cleaning...

The Studio served us well and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the enclosed courtyard was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed the cooler weather compared to Arizona.”
