La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de las murallas de la ciudad vieja y muy cerca de la estación de metro. El servicio tanto en recepción como en restaurante fue EXCELENTE

Tranquilo pero caro en calidad-precio
Andando está a un paseo del centro, o a una parada de metro. Eché de menos algún enchufe en el cuarto de baño, que además era bastante pequeño. La cama era cómoda. Las vistas de nuestra habitación en el primer piso era la zona de desayunos y un patio común a la misma altura que la habitación, con lo que resultaba un poco incómodo abrir las cortinas. Para dormir no había ruidos ni luz, así que bien.

Un hotel aceptable
Buena ubicación para acceder al casco histórico y a 2 cuadras estación subte que comunica con tidas las centrales de trenes. Las habitaciones son aceptables, comodas y limpias, reste del hotel estilo muy antiguo. Personal de recepción muy colaborativos y brindan comodidades en la habitación.

Demasiado calor
El hotel es muy agradable y bonito, el personal amable. El lugar muy limpio. Pero hacia muchísimo calor en la habitación y no tiene aire acondicionado. En la web ponía aire acondicionado, pero finalmente solo había aire en el restaurante. Deberían ponerlo también en las habitaciones porque es un hotel de 4 estrellas y el calor es insoportable. Había un ventilador, pero no era suficiente.

Good but noisy
I reserved a room in Expedia and the price was good. The first night resulted in a nightmare, it is end of spring and +30deg in the room, no ac or fan available. Oppening the window is no option since the street in front is very noisy all the night. Those rooms on the street side are unusable during the warm months. I asked to be changed to a quieter room and they did it but with a surcharge. This second room, facing the internal garden, resulted very nice. Breakfast is very standard, nothing special and simply too expensive. Restaurant was closed during my stay (shouldn't be, this in a 4 stars hotel). Room is fitted with a small kitchen so you can do your own breakfasts and fast meals if needed. Parking for the bicycle is free in the underground parking (that is very nice), for the car is free outside on the street but inside is not and not cheep.

La amabilidad del personal . La habitacion con una pequeña cocina donde te puedes hacer un café y el bar free -agua, cerveza-. Cerca de dos paradas de metro. Muy recomendable.

Hotel a quince minutos del centro andando o también con estación de metro en la esquina, la habitación que nos toco era de dos pisos muy espaciosa. Personal amable y atento. Buena limpieza.

El hotel está bien situado y muy limpio. Las instalaciones varían depende de la habitación, pero en general están en buenas condiciones. El personal muy amable.

Hotel independiente, mejor que muchos "de cadena".
Sorprendentemente bueno. Magnífico hotel. Excelentes instalaciones. El trato, personalizado y con dedicación hacia hacerte sentir a gusto. Muy cerca de la estación Marconi del metro (muy eficiente, seguro, limpio y moderno). Muy buen gusto en instalaciones y un desayuno bufet muy variado y bueno.

Muy buena Ubicacion. Buenas dimensiones de la habitacion y el baño. Lastima que este tan caro el desayuno, pero tiene un kitchinet y heladerita en la habitacion para tener algo fresco a mano o preparar una bebida caliente. Es increible que aun cobren el servicio de WIFI y ademas tan caro

Hatte ein Pluszimmer mit kleinem Balkon zum Innenhof. Angenehm ruhig, konnte bei offener Balkontür ohne Störungen schlafen. Und tatsächlich nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln...

I love the part of Nuremberg in which the hotel is located. Gostenhof is a very lively and cultural interesting part of the city with lots of bars, pubs, restaurants and shopping facilities. So the location of the hotel and it's surroundings are a big plus

Fantastisk morgenbuffet.
En enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med en skiferie. Vi ankom kl. 2115 og der var god venlig modtagelse i receptionen. Der var mulighed for parkering i parkeringskælderen, så sikker opbevaring af bilen. Fantastisk morgenbuffet, hvor alt var lokal fremstillet og sundt. Værelset var meget godt indrettet og der var kolde øl og vand i køleskabet efter en lang køretur.

Gut und günstig
Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist zentral gelegen, Parkplätze drumherum sind allerdings Mangelware. Das Hotel selbst ist nicht das jüngste, mein Zimmer war aber modern und mit platzsparenden Möbeln geschickt eingerichtet. WLAN funktioniert, das Bett ist bequem, das Bad ist eng aber passt. Schwächen: die Geräuschdämmung der Fensterfront zur Straße hin ist etwas schwach. An der Rezeption wünscht man sich mehr Tempo und Kompetenz. Und in der Lobby gab es echt laute Reisegruppen, oben war es dann aber ruhig. Für eine oder zwei Nächte insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Overall experience was acceptable, but could be better for the following reasons: the most important one was the smell of the room, as rooms have a small kitchen, room smells like spices and fried food, no matter what I tried the smell was still there, even I had to sleep with an open window, staff were friendly except for the guy who is on night duty, rooms are renovated but the hotel public space like hallways and lobby still very old, carpets are very dirty, and in my case I have to walk like 5 mins to reach my room as the hotel is big but the rooms are not easy accessible.

Zentral und gut erreichbar
Alles war in Ordnung, war sauber, relativ geräumig mit genügend Sitz-Möglichkeiten. Das Badezimmer war leider viel zu eng, für kleine Menschen aber kein problem. Schön wäre auch Wasser auf dem Zimmer, leider war der Kühlschrank leer und wurde auf Nachfrage auch nicht aufgefüllt, obwohl es zugesagt worden war.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean, but vacuuming of the rooms was needed. There were some maintenance issues with the shower and the in-room safe. The owner refused to refund us the cost for the one night which we could not use because we were stranded in another town by a rail strike.

Ensure that your stay does not consist of staying in room 116 or 117. I arrived that evening and of course did not check outside the balcony window until morning. That morning, I opened the window to sit out on the balcony and there’s the cemetery. I then noticed upon check out that there isn’t even key slots for those two rooms. The key slots go up to 115 then start again at 118. It was at this point that I remembered when I checked in the receptionist grabbed the key from the desk. When I checked out she just put it back somewhere on the desk. Are these rooms issued specifically for certain people of certain ethnic backgrounds?
