It was clean and chick in all aspects from entrance to hallways and rooms' furniture, like a brand new property. Also the valet parking is excellent, however the $60/night parking is high.

Nice property. No airport shuttle.
I chose this hotel because it filtered under the airport shuttle availability option. However, there was not.

Great hotel in the downtown area
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. It’s a lively small hotel. My only issue is the valet fees. If you don’t valet your car it is guaranteed to get broken into. I think the fees were about $80 day (with in and out privileges). That’s a lot to add on everyday. Other than that, it’s a great hotel

Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice experience. We would stay here again when visiting Oakland. Every member of staff went above and beyond. Room was modern, clean. Great shower. Bed was OK. The staff went to pains to tell us about the $50+tax valet fee and the $20 breakfast so there were no surprises. Breakfast offered 4 full set meals or the buffet. Liked the location - only 2 blocks from Broadway.

I loved the room and bath room. The room was clean and bathroom. Just did not like that breakfast wasn’t included.

Great
Had a great time , came for a concert . Only had trouble with valet. Left the car on overnight causing our battery to die , but the manager was nice enough not to charge us for valet parking for our trip.

Boa estadia. Local próximo ao Bart, facil e rapido acesso ao centro de San Francisco. Porém a vizinhança não é muito boa, não tive problemas, mas fiquei preocupado com a segurança.

Surprise Surprise - here's an unlisted fee
We booked through a third party, so some information was not openly available. For instance, the hotel has no parking, well they have mandatory Valet parking at 60 fee, and that parking doesn't;t have electric charging available. the room feels like a SRO or an efficiency, very basic and small.

Der Service im Zimmer ist nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Keine Information dass das Zimmer jeden zweiten Tag gemacht werden. Aber auf der anderen Seite die Aufforderung die schmutzige Frottee Wäsche auf den Boden zu werfen?! Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt obwohl Maschine vorhanden war?
