No nos gustó el trato del personal de la administración! El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Muy reducido el espacio. La zona no bonita. Las toallas chicas, duras y delgadas.

Falto hospitalidad en el check in llegamos de noche y nos atendieron por una ventanilla a pesar del intenso frio y a pesar de tener reservacion pagada creo que nos podrian haber pasado al lobby, el wifi demasiado limitado y el desayuno en un horario tambien demasiado limitado para una familia que va en plan de relax, la cortina de baño y cobijas muy deterioradas

All ok with the room
I had been 6 days and all was OK, all work, big room and clean with enough table to work, good wifi speed. I advise that the plugs are USA only (not european), so an adapter must be bought (at airport). The receptionist gently draw a map with place to buy it, but wa far from hotel.

Es una estafa lo q hacen por el internet
Yo reserve por internet el día domingo a las 2 de la mañana para ese mismo día llegar al hotel y hosperdarme y me doy con la sorpresa q no hay resevacion y encima el que atiende es una persona mal educada que se burla de uno y me dice usted reservo la habitación para el día domingo pero no es la mañana si no en la tarde yo le dije q cuando reserve no especifica la hora q uno tiene q entrar y le hice ver q no figura la hora y se río burlándose de uno y me dijo q ese no era su problema nosotros veníamos de los ángeles , y me dijo porq no llamaron antes y el teléfono no figura en el internet porq hacen eso,eso se llama estafa es la primera y última vez q deseaba hosperdarme pero después de esta experiencia no más no jueguen con las personas no somos juguetes ok

Just about everything seemed okay until the couple next to me began fighting. It literally sounded like the man was beating up the woman. Several people opened their doors and stepped out. I couldn’t take it anymore. At 2 am I packed my things and left. That’s what time I checked out.

I want my money back… there was roaches in the bed. There was roaches in the bathtub. There was a black, widow spider had to kill like it was really disgusting like I really just want my money back that hotel it was just like out-of-pocket.

Don’t leave belongings behind
Not a bad hotel and a good price. This was my second time staying there. The first time was 5 days prior and I left a sweatshirt there. I called the next day, and they said they had it. When I came back, they suddenly didn’t have it. They said someone else came to pick up a black sweatshirt just like the one I had left. I’m surprised they did not ask for ID to make sure they were giving it to the right person. I highly suggest triple checking and leave nothing behind because you will likely not get it back.
