No me gustó la suciedad de la alberca. Y en nuestra recámara la alfombra estaba húmeda, las toallas que nos pusieron en el baño estaban rotas. La verdad esperaba algo mejor y me lleve una desilusión muy grande.

Todo excelente , pero de mi parte si sugiero tener en la resección un personal que también hable español, y que sean un poco más amable con cliente , hay personas que no saben explicar bien encima creen que tú conoces la zona y el hotel , cuando es por primera ves en el hotel es bueno oriental al cliente

We liked the room overall, small bathroom but great balcony and views. But the the heater is in the sofabed side and doesn't carry to the front bedroom. We froze on the first night and moved the mattress into the living room on night two and sleep well. Also one ice maker for the whole building is not convenient and when it broke...not good.

We walk-in to a friendly front desk person. Rooms are not so clean. Room are comfortable and beds too but it needs like a good cleaning. Hotel is at a great location. Free hot coffee serve lobby.

Best weekend ever
Last minute we decided to take a weekend getaway and this hotel was perfect and decent pricing for a ocean front suite! The location is perfect and right on boardwalk. I will definitely be staying at this hotel next time!!!

We were disappointed with the website description. It claims to have an indoor pool. It was 3 1/2 feet deep and freezing. That’s a kiddie pool to me. It states restaurants on site. It should say seasonal because they were closed. The same holds true for the beach chairs it claims to have. We were impressed with the room itself though. It included a kitchenette.

AC would not cool the room below 74 degrees. Staff did nothing to help. Room is old and run down. Flies keeping us awake all night and spiders. Swimming pools only 3ft deep. Only great thing was location and balcony with ocean view.

Terrible Check In Experience
The check in time was 4pm. We went a little early at 3.30pm and was told that the room was not available, which was fine so we were waiting in the lobby. 4pm came and gone, and we inquired with the front desk at 4.15. We were told no room was available so we continued to wait. After 4.30pm we went to check at the front desk again and now getting side eyes and was told there's no update. There was no attempt to find out when a room was going to be available. We didn't know if it was going to be 4.45pm, 5pm, or 7pm. The front desk person just refused to give any update and kept saying that she just started her shift and didn't know anything. We didn't know if we should cancel dinner reservation or change any of our evening plan. The could-not-care-less attitude was a big turn off. As for the room, it was fine. The balcony door lock was broken and the fridge leaked water when open, but otherwise a standard room for the price.

We love the location on the boardwalk; nice size balcony w/lovely oceanfront view...overall clean, staff courteous, nice beds (but need less puffy pillows), nice little kitchenette-ish area. The couch/sleeper sofa was not sturdy and we could not use. One huge disappointment when hotel filled more on Saturday (10/28/2023) many other room occupants smoked on their balconies and we have allergy/asthma issues so could not enjoy the balcony at those times - felt cheated of a reason we stayed in oceanfront
