Could hear a lot of noise from above our room. Wished we could go straight to the Boardwalk from out balcony. Also would like to have gotten a partial refund for having to leave a day early.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Parking was so easy and the front desk was efficient and informative and well-organized. It wasn’t quite pool season weather yet but the pool was open and clean. Had I stayed one more day for the 20 degree warmer weather I would have definitely spent some time by the pool.

The property is okay when you book a room here at the Sahara make sure you're booking ocean front if you get ocean view your radar going to be seeing anything about a little sliver off the balcony anyways it's an all right place the gentleman to find us real good place was clean it was comfortable and it's convenient during the season right now when I stayed a lot of things for clothes but not a biggie

The rooms are being cleaned. The carpeting on the outside of the rooms are not being cleaned. The steps are dirty. Some of the carpeting on the outside of the rooms is coming off the floor. People can trip. I don't think the pool is ever cleaned. The garbage was never emptied. Pool was never cleaned especially the tiles around the pool. It's vacuumed. The white towels in the pool area laid on the chairs all the time we were there. They are probably still there. We have been going to this Motel for years. It was never this bad. Everything is out dated. It just needs a little bit more attention. Sorry to say.

Most disgusting Motel
I would never recommend nor stay at this place again. The shower was full of mold, and so was ceiling and around air conditioning. The room smelled of mold!! Called the front desk to have it cleaned. Was assured it would be cleaned. The second day, I took a wet nap that I wiped mold off in the shower to the office to have cleaned again. Was told it would be done. I had to clean the shower with one of their wash cloths and my cleaning stuff to get the shower cleaned since they couldn't do it. Your site will not let me upload the video of me cleaning it. This motel is the most disgusting. Talked with a couple, staying next to us, Jim and Jen, and their room was the same. The pictures you see on their site are not what you get at all.

The ice machine did not work. Air conditioner was in a weird place blocked by a wall. The room was dingy and dirty. Didn’t even look like it was cleaned.

No wonder the room was available before check in time. The second we opened the door we were greeted by a moldy smell. The beds were not made . Looked like someone tried to straighten out the sheets to make them look like the beds were made. The room was filled with dust . The so called carpet was not vacuumed. There were stains on the bed sheets. I don’t understand how people can pay for this so called motel to spend their vacation. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

The rooms were clean and as expected. We were disappointed that we didn't have an elevator, both of us with problems with stairs. We were also very surprised that we had to pay 0.25 for ice! Paying for ice for a plastic bucket, without any insulation, is ridiculous!

The room was clean, fridge didn’t work to keep anything cold, ice machine charges 25 cents but it was broken and didn’t give ice. Loud party type, not family oriented. The cleaning lady Pearl was the best person there, office people were very stuffy and not friendly . Wouldn’t book this hotel again .

It’s not bad…it’s ok.
Just me a single mom & 15yo son. Staff was super pleasant. Location was amazing, steps to the sand. “Expedia overbooked” oceanfront room so we were switched to ocean view room at last minute-free cancel option had passed at that point. Sucked that up and was credited the difference. The room was fine. It was clean on the surface…if you look for dirt you will find dirt. The ac was fuzzy with hair and dust, the toilet handle was not on securely so it was a process to flush, & the seat had left over ick from the last guests. As I have read so many reviews before, “you get what you pay for”, that’s true & for $407 for 3 nights we got a decent stay. Will I return, probably not, would I recommend to friends? Maybe if they were looking for a cheap place, be real if you’re at the beach how much time are you even in the room? Oh yea the beds were comfortable enough, I always bring a sheet to cheaper hotels to throw over what’s there & a blanket and pillows from home. Just makes me feel better about life, probably not protecting us from anything at all but hey works for my peace of mind.
