"The availability of the staff was irregular. Calls to the front desk received the busy signal. An alarm went off after trying to use a hot iron and nobody showed up. The hot water was not working until a maintenance person discovered that the handle had to be turned on in the opposite direction. A panel in the bathroom came off. The staff at the front desk were reluctant to print out the receipt for incidentals. They only did it upon our insistence. They claimed that the third party, Expedia, was responsible for emailing receipts to us. This is simply unacceptable."
