We apologize for the cleanliness in the rooms. We are currently training new housekeepers at the property. Once we fully convert over to the new brand at the hotel, it will be better. Again I apologize for the issues you had with the room

We appreciate your patience during this time. Once we get the hotel switched over to the Homewood brand we will resume shuttle service at the hotel. I’m glad you had a good stay at the hotel and hope to see you in the future.

Please contact the hotel for a reversal of the charges you received. When the switchover happened we did not have the information on your reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
