Excelente Hotel
Estuvimos muy cómodos en el hotel. Esta ubicado en una zona muy bonita de Orlando. Excelente. Muy recomendado.

Solo que no tienen la tradicional cafetera en el cuarto y esto se torna incómodo.

El café se proporciona de forma gratuita en la mañana para todos los huéspedes Lodge de 6 am a 10 am. Después de ese período de tiempo simplemente tienes que llamar al restaurante y te traen café en cualquier momento que te gustaría. Nos gusta mimar a nuestros huéspedes y por lo tanto todo se proporciona a petición según lo solicitado en lugar de poner máquinas de café en la habitación. Gracias por estar con nosotros. Trabajamos duro para hacer que nuestros clientes felices y apreciar sus comentarios!

EXCELENTE HOTEL, LA VERDAD ES QUE LO DESCRIBO MAS COMO CLUB PRIVADO PUESTO QUE SE ENCUENTRA LITERAL JUSTO EN MEDIO DE UN RESIDENCIAL, EL ÚNICO INCONVENIENTE EN CUANTO A LOS SERVICIOS DEL HOTEL ES QUE EL INTERNET ES MUY MALO, LA CONEXIÓN DEMASIADO LENTA, PARA SER UN HOTEL DE ESA CALIDAD DEBERÍAN DE MEJORAR ESTE SERVICIO. ES IMPORTANTE MENCIONAR QUE ES UN CLUB PRIVADO DE GOLF, ES MUY TRANQUILO, LA MAYOR PARTE DE LOS HUÉSPEDES SON DE EDAD ADULTA, EXCELENTE RECOMENDACIÓN SI VAS EN PAREJA, LA ALBERCA ESTA ESPECTACULAR. ES IMPORTANTE CONSIDERAR ESTA INFORMACION, PORQUE EN NUESTRO CASO QUERIAMOS UNA SODA COMO A LAS 11 DE LA NOCHE QUE LLEGAMOS DE UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, EL RESTAURANT ESTABA CERRADO Y LA UNICA MAQUINA DE BEBIDAS QUE TENIAN NO SERVIA.

A very convenient location with easy parking. The property is nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are in need of significant upgrades to include furniture and a remodeled shower. The room was clean but felt dark and musty. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected a small mini-fridge and basic room amenities.

They have done a disservice by completely changing the menu. Many things we loved like Arnie’s navy bean soup are no longer being served. The am coffee station has also been downgraded. None of the fancy carafes or rock sugar were there. On our checkout morning at 8:25 am despite the “ do not disturb “ sign on the door, housekeeping was banging on the door and woke us up. Considering that checkout time is 12 pm, it was a rude ending to an otherwise okay stay. I think the new management needs to reconsider what brings back clientele at a lodge like Bay Hill. Thanks.

This is a place to stay if you like being away from the crowds. So relaxing and quiet. Property is well kept. Just need to upgrade on the furnitures (i.e. refrigerator, iron/ironing board etc.) inside the room.

Beautiful property, but ridiculously antiquated! I haven’t stayed in a hotel with fewer amenities since about 1975! Was Very disappointed in what we got for the exorbitant price we paid. No fridge/microwave/coffee pot in room. No glasses just plastic cups. A pretty green lawn doesn’t make up for everything else that was lacking. Also, to get to the accesible room you had to go up stairs and down stairs or go through the patio door. What is that about?

But for history…. Really tired hotel. Bathrooms ok but everything else is really old and tired. Food was good. Golf is great, but expensive.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We felt very safe here. It was clean. The balconies were nice on the second floor. The night shift front desk staff and house keeping were kind. I believe his name was Wiliks, the night shift front desk staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. He even helped sort out a matter with expedia and helping us without us even asking. Me and the guests with me highly recommend this hotel!
